[RePear] Repair Bot for Rebornbuddy

Would it be worth it to start a google doc or something and have the community help get the all the repair npcs in game?

To everyone having problems, I just pushed through a MAJOR update to RePear on the main post, v2.0.0 now has a database of vendors to repair so you no longer need to specify your own. RePear automatically chooses the best vendor to repair at based on your zone and proximity. Absolutely everyone using this plugin should update as this is a major feature and is much more convenient.
 
I will be running it now to test with fatebot in coerthas (since that is where I had issues so I figure thats a good tester).

I am wondering something... assuming this is working as intended, if I load this with fatebot, will it just leave mid-fate if the time is up (time to repair) or will it allow that fate to finish?
 
Also (totally of topic) how do you add rep to people? I want to "thank" folks that are providing us with awesome plugins and addons. :)
 
Set to ten minutes in Coerthas. Doesn't seem to do anything while running fatebot. :(

Would another log be helpful?

Always. The plugin checks for the PoI to be cleared to make sure it's not interrupting anything. I believed Fate Bot cleared the PoI after a fate, but maybe it doesn't/maybe that changed.

I posted a new version anyway because it turns out if you have ReturnToAetheryte set the PoI is only ever set to Wait, not cleared. So I added Wait as a viable condition for RePear to do its business in v2.0.1 which is in the main post.

Only just noticed this. Will run it again and report back.
 
Should be fixed in the next version, think I figured out what it was - it wasn't clearing the POI properly so RePear couldn't do its work. Give v2.0.2 a try, it's working for me perfectly with Fate Bot, I tried it numerous times.
 
Is there a chance that this wouldn't work alongside an orderbot profile?

I hit 50 on dragoon last night and am getting PUG and ARC up to 20 using a grind profile.

Grinding in Western LaNoscea. There is definitely a mender in the zone.

I use this alongside orderbot all the time.
 
I posted a new version, I've seen pulse errors in some logs because the interval was receiving unexpected input, with the new version inputs are restricted so the user cannot enter junk values.

Wasn't working with my orderbot profile. Unfortunately I am now fating in a zone that doesn't have repairs. After I crank out another 9-ish levels I will probably be back where I can repair.

Wonder why they even made zones without repair guys. Rather annoying.

In coerthas it goes to the farthest repair guy, but who cares. At least it's operational!

Odd that it goes to the farthest repair guy, it should calculate the closest one. Can you give me a log? I'll take a look and see if I can figure it out.

It must have seemed farther to my, but I gues in terms of pathing and calculations it may have been closest (I have seen it go to both now).

One thing, I died while I was afk, maybe half an hour. It does not allow the bot to release. It just kept telling me that it was trying to head to the repair guy.

I will sift through my logs when I get a moment. I didn't have time to mess with it. I have to be at least pretending to work... at work. LOL!

EDIT: Logs added (I think it was that one... the timestamp didn't seem right to me, however the only other one I had was one I just started...
