Updated for new version of ff14

sqlite dll recompiled to use the new visual studio runtimes.

Fatebot and orderbot will now properly wait when we cast a spell during precombatbuffs
Fixed issue where targets who were blacklisted were not properly filtered in certain quest behaviors.

Ok now i am able to identify the issue. The Profile Creator will rendor no visible units when in Miner and Botanist job. Fisher and DoW DoM job is fine.

As miner and botanist, it only shows gathering nodes. Working as intended.

Tried to add as much functionality as possible, there are many things that are not stored in the client that are not possible at the current time such as: how long until ready to harvest, knowing before hand if a plant can be fertilized, knowing beforehand if you have permissions to perform advanced functions on a plant(ie: if its on your property).

 
To any developers looking to use this i suggest using hotspots.
 
Thank you for having that up so quick Santahg, servers haven't even been up more than 30 minutes and you've got the offsets in.

Bug Fixes:
HuntBehaviors will now move into interact range once the target is below the specified health values.
