Refund: boy, do I feel special?

I bought a key a month ago and last week decided to expand my operations :) Bought little too many licenses, and two days later 3 of my accounts got banned. I am still going to keep a licence and work with it, but I don't see myself soon using the ones that I just bought. As I had the keys bought just couple of days before getting banned, I sent request for refund. Anyway. There is the "no questions asked" refund policy, right? Not really....not based on the email I got from support:

It seems that you are not aware of the concept of refunds that we give to our users ?
It is not 7 days for a single key, its 7 days for the product


Ugh?!?....Really.... all those posts by Tony and other admins refunding to people that have previously purchased licenses, and now that I felt special.....?

Couple of back and forth emails later, no luck.... I am left with the option to ask for a refund on the public forum for two 1 year 3 key licences.


Please follow up on you policy and refund the 2 purchases. I'll just go through Paypal and my CC, failing a satisfactory response here.

The only guy that can do refunds is Bossland,none of the rest can do it
 
that means that when someone is asking for a refund and we are forwarding him on [email protected]
is impossible to known his exact case/situation

thats why Bossland takes care of the refunds and explains to the user if he is or not eligible for a refund and why
 
Ok... because I have read threads right here for people complaining that support did not honor their request for refunds, and you personally help them. For customers mentioning they have bought keys before.. so double standards here.

No more explanations. I have followed the procedure. I think I have done my due diligence in being reasonable.

Are you guys going to refund me two purchases of 3 x 1 year keys bought just couple of days before my request for refund or not? I am not posting here any more. I'll give two days for paypal refund/ positive response here and I am going through the chargeback route otherwise.
 
Tbh. You just don't understand the refund policy, that's all. You are 100% not eligible for a refund.

It's a digital product and therefore has no refund "law", so the 7 day refund period is pure kindness and support.

The refund is only for unsatisfied customers who bought the product for the first time and don't like it, if you don't like it, no questions asked and you get a refund.
But you knew the product and bought too many keys, how about thinking before buying? Sounds easy to me.

And oooh, you got banned? Then refund because you don't want to go on botting is just basically a wrong attitude.

Yeah, so a charge back. Good luck.
