I bought a key a month ago and last week decided to expand my operations
Bought little too many licenses, and two days later 3 of my accounts got banned. I am still going to keep a licence and work with it, but I don't see myself soon using the ones that I just bought. As I had the keys bought just couple of days before getting banned, I sent request for refund. Anyway. There is the "no questions asked" refund policy, right? Not really....not based on the email I got from support:
It seems that you are not aware of the concept of refunds that we give to our users ?
It is not 7 days for a single key, its 7 days for the product
Ugh?!?....Really.... all those posts by Tony and other admins refunding to people that have previously purchased licenses, and now that I felt special.....?
Couple of back and forth emails later, no luck.... I am left with the option to ask for a refund on the public forum for two 1 year 3 key licences.
Please follow up on you policy and refund the 2 purchases. I'll just go through Paypal and my CC, failing a satisfactory response here.
