It is a slow grind , but its the only way to get you Chocobo to level 10 so you can get some of those badass barding for them :-). I have left my bot for days at a time, while moving to different area ever so often. I have already leveled one class to 50 one to 40 and everything else to 30 with this bot. This bot is immensely impressive for the combat grind to level, try it for yourself.

Thanks for the info. I'll give it a try when I get home. Just got into FFXIV and I've been a huge fan of the buddy bots for years. Excited to see what this bot can do at this early stage.

Not off the top of my head, I had to root around a little bit to find the solution for AoE.
I'll look a little more and see if I can figure something out.
 
Since the new client update is ready and it includes your system information in the config option (including running apps!) Wouldn't that mean SE could detect the bot alot easier now?

Have to wait to see exactly how it pans out. If it just shows "Running Apps" they most likely do not delve any deeper than the name of the app. I remember Blizzard used to scan applications and get real invasive, it just doesn't fit well with people.
Change the name the application to "Skype.exe" and presto, no longer sets off flags.
I would wait for official word from OP though. As far as I know SE doesn't have any "warden" type system, it's mostly just player reports.

I've never tested it properly but,

Core.Target.ToCharacter.SpellCastInfo

should be null if the target is not casting and

Core.Target.ToCharacter.SpellCastInfo.SpellData.Name

should give you the name of the spell. It works quite well if you're just auto attacking but you'll need a flag system to stop other skills from being called first.

All buddy bots are having issues atm with 8.1 Waiting for an update from memory library guys.


Got some offsets checked already, need to wait for servers to come up to do some testing of course.
 
Alot of their stuff changed under the hood. I'm going to try and have a release sometime tomorrow.

Out of curiousity, does anything need to be done on your end for the new pvp skills to work or should Cast("Blast Shot") work out of the box?
