These comments make me laugh.

Why would you use a bot to do a raid or arena? Sure, botting is used when you're too busy to do things, but there is a point where you become too lazy to even take part in the actual game.
 
Sum up, We know its down, we know they have problems, we pay for it, so what? Its cheap, anyways I think they understand the issue and retarded people like you guys should wait. For my part, I hope they never fix it so that you spoiled kids cant play.

its a service, it should be maintained. its not just a product. a product you can wrap in a year warranty and after that tell them to pound salt. a service is something you expect to be maintained. if your internet kept dropping out randomly would you sit there and take it? or would you call up the company and tell them about it and expect them to do something about it? rich pricks dont even bother replying. we all know you dont give a fuck where your money goes and thats why you troll the forums here.

Okay, at this point it's obvious you're trolling, but let me break this down for the people that honestly agree with you.

Because we are paying for the service, we are entitled to servers that provide 100% uptime. During technical issues, they should tell us if they are working to fix it. The price is irrelevant, all that matters is we paid for a 24/7 service.

They understand the issue - that they're too cheap to buy better authentication servers that can take higher loads. We're not retarded for complaining about a service that a) we paid for and b) we are entitled to 100% uptime for.

Because, we're all spoiled kids for wanting to use a service that we paid for and should be up 24/7.
 
This thread is pathetic and idiotic. Paying customers or not, doesn't give you ignorance to use at your discretion.
 
Simple fix, shut down the auth servers for maintenance when WoW/D3 servers are down.
And everyone will be happy when the servers are online again.
 
I'm getting on fine.. but then when my profile loads i'm gettin an error and HB closes
 
My personal opinion about this situation: Blizz spams our Auth Servers to check who?s a bot and who not :)

After the "Session invalid" time they know it :) <- MY thoughts *g*

not sure what ignorance has to do with anything. if there is a problem with HB we are supposed to tell someone about it so it can be fixed and thus make it a better product. if no one said anything it probably wouldnt get fixed..... mostly because the devs themselves would have to find out about it, not us tell them about it. post on!!!
 
Hi im new to HB(just joined yesterday). Is there a reason why everytime i try to log in with the key tha was sent to my email, it says logging in... but then it always says Authorization failed. It's frustrating. is there something that i can do to fix this? This is the only thing i have on my log

I like this idea, every tuesday when servers are down, you should use that time to reset/fix the HB servers.
