[PAID] Rampage - Richie's Arms Warrior PvP Combat Routine [Pro Edition]

You shouldn't use single keys without modifiers.

Will change the UI, so you guys won't be able to do this.

Since HB's hotkey manager catches the key you press and as it seems it's not passing it to wow, wow won't be able to process it. Thus if you set it to a single key you won't be able to type it in the chat or anywhere.

Will change the UI so it'll be more obvious that you have to use modifiers, not just single keys.

**New Version**
-Added more checks to the Hotkey UI

Now you won't be able to set hotkeys with only using the modifier or the key. Also, you won't be able to set hotkeys that are already used. It wouldn't work anyways.

Also, as I said above the HB's HotkeyManager catches the hotkeys you set on the CR's UI so you won't be able to use the functions that are configured to the same hotkeys in-game.

An example:
In-game you set shift+1 to your burst macro
On the CR's UI you set shift+1 to disarm
The result is, that when you press shift+1 in-game, it'll use disarm instead of the macro you configured in-game.

HB is stronger! :)

I have to add, that I didn't have to modify the hotkey logic, only changed the UI. The hotkey logic was fine, I just had to force you guys to use the UI properly. :)

I don't know if its just me but I feel like my character misses a TON of interrupts. I know about the Int focus setting. Also, a "auto set focus" check box/logic for healers would BE AWESOME
js... also, silence focus using heroic throw would be cool.

1, You have to set when you want to interrupt. If the interrupts are not on CD, they'll be used.

2, Could be done.

3, Just as an FYI. Heroic throw is not silencing in PvP anymore, and this CR is for PvP.

I've been trying out the routine in bgs, to familiarize myself with it. Very impressed so far, even though I know it focuses on arena.

1. One thing I've noticed, is that regardless of the defensive cooldown thresholds you put in, there's some other logic that overrides them. Here I was fighting a shaman, dk, and hunter:

The routine went from 81% to 0% in 12.5 seconds with only using defensive stance. No die by the sword, rallying cry, shield wall, or intimidating shout, despite the settings I had them at. All abilities were off cooldown and available. I have a hunch that the routine is assuming a healer and being extremely conservative with cooldowns, but this is too stingy.

Enjoying this, more feedback to follow :)

edit: on further testing I can see what's happening.

If a defensive cooldown threshold is set at 35% and you go from 36% to 33%, and stay at 33% for a few seconds, the cooldown will activate. But if you go from 80% to 50% to 20% to 0%, over a few seconds, you won't get any cooldowns, and you're as dead as a doornail.

Maybe could you have a selectable mode with a logic that assumes that no heals are coming?

Seems that I missed this comment.

It's because the CR is using a defensive CD in every 3-4 seconds to not blow all in one second.

0.0 holy shit
I didnt know it didnt silence... sorry. Makes me wanna delete my toon.

Hotkey for leap focus doesn't seem to work, set it to shift+2 and it doesn't leap, ever. I'll include a log later when I'm on my pc.

**New Version**
-Won't pop burst CDs for dead targets automatically when it's set to 0%

A log/some more explanation would be great, because it's worked for me last time I tried, so I can't imagine what may have happened there.

The bot doesn't seem to move. it jsut stands still in one place, except when using abilities like charge.

Everything else works like a charm. What could be the culprit?

Sometimes when i push the hotkeys they are not working. Using , ctr+5(burst) , ctrl+2(fear target), ctrl+4(fear focus) , ctrl+q(leap target) , ctrl+e(leap focus)

There's no ability queueing. The last hotkey you press will override the previous one. If you press your hotkeys in fast succession only the last one will actualy happen.

You still dont understand. I just write what hotkeys i am using. For example in arena when i press ctrl+5 (burst) , it doesnt activated burst cds...

Richie, sorry to ask again but I see you responded to another post after mine. Sorry if I ask a stupid question but, does this combat routine not involve automatic player movement?

In BG's my character does all the things you mentioned in the plugin description, however it doesn't move around - using BGBuddy. Must Tyrael or LazyRaider explicity be used for this plugin to function correctly?

Sounds like maybe you haven't donated a "beer" but I am almost for positive that if you search any special edition routine you'll find the answer your looking for. But I could be wrong and it be something else.
