I've made big adjustments today to it that I still want to test in LFR. Considering my gear, anyone should be able to tank a heroic or LFR with the updates.

Done and checked and its changing it now (after HB restart) to 5,00 instead of 0,50 as it is initially :)
If I try using . (dot) then its setting it to 50,00 instantly xD so its definitely have to do something with my Regional settings and others who have same regional numbers settings will have same problem.

Its nice that you didn't have problems with it even with settings stored wrong but for me it was like 90k on boss fight normally and when its with throttle time 5 then its crumples to 28-30k and I have also seen some other people complaining about it also in this thread which actually made me write my post and conclusions about it.

For me as I said before its no problem changing it every time its loaded and I'm glad we have determined where problem is :)

try to enter 0,5 instead of 0.5
 
yes . (dot) is still the separtor for thousands, but "," (comma) should work (for me it did)

I very much appreciate all the work that you and the PR team are doing to make this wonderful CR. Do you have any idea what the time frame might be for the release of the new heal manager?
 
any reason why the bot or CR is pauseing during combat need a log ill attach.

Edit my log was abit bigger then allowed will upload one later tomorrow

@madcatz: u can always zip your log and attach the zipped file (or compress or whatever u wanna call it!)
cause with this little info u gave us with your post, we can't really say/see/do/investigate/assume anything

Maybe you are using a Hotkey which you bound ingame as *modifier*+*your_hotkey* which is exactly the same as your pause key binding? :P

some more randoom (tm) wild guess ...
- bot not started
- botbase paused
- class/ specc not supported
- low level toon
 
The bot has no movement, so i cant use it for dailies (Mop Daily Experience by thebrodieman) or kicks profiles, am i right?
 
Movement is done by your profiles, but PR got no movement itself nor got it facing. If you want to do daylies or Kickz use Singular or another CR that supports movement/facing.
 
If You're using Windows XP and recive this error, please modify your settings manually.

That's correct, but you can use the I Want Movement plugin to add movement (link in my signature).
