Could you please add the option to deposit all the herbs into the guild bank every X hours or something?

GuildBank going out of ProfitMaster tasks, however i have in development product for Management Personal & Guild Bank, no ETA tho as always :)
 
Can we have an option to use Artifact Power items like [Lucky Brulstone] and others?

When using the herbalism/mining profiles my bag gets full with these.

Alisha Engine already have, tho it's not in ProfitMaster UI, as it not updated to new Alisha Engine UI.
Still you can change it in settings files directly (or if you own Treasure Hunter - in it's UI):

It gets to the world quest location then doesn't farm or do anything, just seems to stand there.

p.s. WQ should have no affect on farming in any sense.
 
Sometimes my toons are stopping with their back facing a mob and not fighting, just dying on the spot.

The only message that appears on HB is: [@ProfitMaster 43.925]: Honorbuddy do not know any Fly path, possibly new toon. Will try to learn new taxi

What should I do to solve it?

p.s. this mean HB do not know any Flypoint at current location. Which most likely mean you started HB in weird location or it clean install. If there is no Taxi nearby - move toon to nearest.

I've stoppped the bot as soon as I saw it happen again on line 57054.

Looks like some item from your bags cause this due to WoW 7.1.5. Update and HB Db not updated fully yet

You will need to wait for next version of HB to release. Also if you made HB install via it's Auto Updater - try to make clean install.

How to do Clean Install:
1) Download last zip with Honorbuddy http://updates.buddyauth.com/GetNewest?filter=HonorBuddy
2) Unzip in NEW EMPTY Folder, do not copy there anything else besides files from zip  (you do not need to do anything with installation of Hb you have already)
3) Start HB

Also for now you can remove items from bags (to find out which cause this issue, try to move items you not need to bank for example).

I will also add additional check for it in ProfitMaster in next version
