[Professionbuddy] AHBuddy - Full Auction House Bot

So recently I have noticed WoW has been freezing up. It only happens when I am running the AH bot. I have BG botted/gather2, mixed mode and quest leveled my rogue. I currently can’t go 30 minutes without it freezing. It locks up hard between the switch from checking for undercuts to actually posting.

I’m not saying it is the mod causing it but I was wondering if there are any suggestions as to what is going on? I turn video settings to the lowest to see if it will help, but I have a decent computer. I don’t think it’s hardware.

Would a log help? The bot isn’t stopping itself per say…

Exactly the same happens for 3 times every minute when im using Ahbuddy. I got a really good computer and as you said Meat31 I tryed to lower my ingame graphic to the lowest but i still freezes just as much.

I installed the Ahbuddy and the same thing is happening to me. It freezes after a few minutes and i have to restart wow until it freezes again.

This should hopefully be fixed in the next release.

How to set it up so it will post number of times x2,3,5 for example then check for undercut auctions, go pick items in mailbox and repeat that?

Would this go in the botbase folder or in the bot folder?

Try a fresh honorbuddy install. There's no errors showing up in your log. This issue will be caused by professionbuddy and I haven't heard of anyone else having this specific issue.


It's easier editing the xml directly, just find the buyout attribute for the items you plan on selling/buying. There's also the AHBuddy editor which is coming along nicely

I got the bot working kind of but it buys out herbs that I left unchecked etc. If anyone writes a detailed guide or wants to do a detailed youtube Vid I would happily donate $ for your time

I have written 5 PMs to you Zak and tryed to talk to you on skype but you wont answer anywhere... I bought his Beta and after that i lost 30k because the bot just bought shit for high as fuck price and then cant sell them. With his beta you pay for a profile that wont work and he wont answer you when you asking questions if you are doing something wrong with the profile or not.

All you need to do is set the prices using the simple guide in the first post and change your settings to how you want it to work.

honorbuddy keeps freezing

I restarted honorbuddy and this time tried loading the profile out of professionbuddy and honorbuddy still froze. Now whenever I try to access the bot config for professionbuddy it freezes up if the AHBuddy profile is set to load. Attached is my log.

Hi,

I can't get the thing to work. I don't know how to install it or run it at all, I got the download file and there's no guide on where to put it. I've looked all over these threads and Professionbuddy and even youtube for a guide on how to get it to work but nothing. I even purchased AHBuddy beta yesterday and loaded the profile into profession buddy and all it says is:

Changing current profile to level 0 - 2147483647
Starting the bot!
Currently Using BotBase : ProfessionBuddy

I told the profile settings what to buy, but the character doesn't move it just stands there. Any help would be nice, been trying to get this to work since yesterday.

EDIT: It seems like these threads automatically assume I know what I'm doing, which proved otherwise. I tried PMing the maker of the bot to help me get it to work, even purchasing beta in order to get some help and it seems like he keeps dodging my request for assistance via skype. So now I have no idea what to do anymore.

Any help would be appreciated =/

Hi I seem to be to retarded to make my bot post glyphs above 0 copper. I go to Sub PostToAH and put this in except it all go's on 1 line because I don't know how to create new lines (mind you this is just a test for 1 glyph)

1) Let the bot tell me which items are no longer in the auction house? (So I can craft them).
2) Let the bot automatically craft when 1) happens?

For example take gems: If the bot recognized the cut gem is no longer in the AH (i.e. not subject
to buyout) would it be possible to cut it from the raw gem or tell me that the situation occured?

No, AHBuddy will not do this. You'll have to find a shuffling profile for this.
