[PAID] [Priest] Insanity - An Advanced Honorbuddy Shadow Priest Routine [PvE/PvP]

why did you remove the "prioritise VT over SW" options? Did you change it so that it wont go oom without this option?
 
Hey, I have an issue where my HB doesn't recognize the routine is installed (doesn't let me select combat routine.) I've tried re-installing but still nothing. Do I need some sort of .net framework for HB to recognize the routine (I know this is the case with some routines)?

- Will no longer Mass Dispel friendly players affected by Unstable Affliction.
- Tuning to the DPS rotation to increase damage.
- Fixed a bug with engineering gloves where it wasn't only checking the item equipped.
 
Since the premium is suppose to be used for leveling too I level a shadow right now and noticed a pretty strange behavior.
It seems like that when u get the 3 orbs to cast Devouring Plague it casts mind flay 2 times and than the CR kinda stops, doing nothing. when i manually cast Devouring Plague the CR continues.

log is provided. last mob in log was the one where CR stops casting.

Bit confused. So you get 3 orbs, it then casts mind flay twice and stops?

I can see it's casting devouring plague, so it's not because it can't do it;

I can see it cancel Mind Flay here (cancels when something else needs casting), then pauses for 11 seconds;

I'm a bit stumped ! I'll have to have a go myself later on and see if I can recreate it.
 
it does cast Devouring Plague when 3 orbs are up and i switch to another mob. but not when Im fighting one mob and it gets 3 orbs during the fight.
I was wondering too about the many mind flay cast stops. I enabled that autofight option when i rightclick a mob it attacks by itself. with that disabled and entering a fight by casting SW:P manually the CR starts casting mindflay, stops it after one tick, casts SW:P and starts casting mind flay again ;)
but in general, its suppose to be an end game CR so all mentioned behaviors dont really bother me, i just wanted to let you know what I noticed.

Ah I see. Well the cancel casting stuff is the max DPS method of how to play a shadow priest. You interrupt mind flay whenever there's a higher priority spell available to cast.
 
that makes sense.
im wondering whats the reason for the cast pause when havin 3 orbs. but as long as it works on lvl 90 im fine :)
gosh leveling can be so annoying.. no heirlooms on this realm :-/
 
i still have problem with the framelock enabled both cancast and antilag, still causeing problems and droped my fps to 15-20 randomly . what wonder me with Demonic its run very smooth and i dont need to enable the antilag or cancast, i have this problems only with insantiy . befor the log end i stoped the bot middl in bg and desabled framelock cause is wasnt playble ,
 
I continued playin at lvl 25+ and it really seems like CR is not casting DP when getting 3 orbs. even when mob is dead and i attack another mob with 3 orbs up its not casting DP...
pretty strange..
btw, clean HB installation

As discussed on Skype, it's difficult to throttle the routine as well due to how the channelled spell casts are clipped. I'll definitely have a look and see if there's anything I can do to help with it though.

Yeah that's really odd. Still not had time to try it out today, hopefully tomorrow I can figure out what's going on with that.
 
Using the PVE profile in insanity, with some changed settings and im having issues with Food/drink. I've set it on to eat at 40% HP and drink 15% mana. But I'm constantly getting " [Insanity] We have no food/drink. Waiting to recover our health/mana back".... And It's nowhere near those values i set it to, and theres like a long downtime between fights.


Bug perhaps?
 
Would be interested to know what the best settings for max DPS would be for using it on PVE endgame raiding.
