If they do a manual investigation the resources get followed and they will wipe out any other account / guild bank that it ends up at. This doesn't happen all the time but there's been quite a few reports so far of them going through these extra steps
Yes, even if it's only a suspension, they can remove any resources that they feel was a resulting benefit of the cheating behavior. The suspension email that you receive even states this. This can be mats, gold, honor, rating, and titles. Again this doesn't happen all the time but it does happen and seems to be more often recently especially the gold itself
I don't know where gbank erase speculation comes from. We've only seen like 1 report on it. One report doesn't mean anything, I'm running since last banwave 16+hrs with no bans.
Though I've heard from the Chinese gold sellers that they've had their guilds erased, so that may be the reason why the gold prices dropped so much. OR they were buying too much dupe.

If a guildbank with gold gets deleted, it'd result in a higher price rather than a lower since the supply would be a lot lower.

didnt happen on november banwave to me, so i would say no
My bot is still going strong for a few days now. I just run it for about 16 hours while I'm asleep/at work during workdays and about 10-12 hours on the weekends. Farming only Fjarnskaggl, but thinking about switching to Foxflower every other day because huge amounts of Fjarnskaggl are not easy to sell...

The Novemeber banwave was a different type of event. A bot detection, catches all accounts that attached the bot and suspends those. The suspension notice states the reason as 3rd party software/ hacks / cheats and can result in currency or items obtained by these methods being removed from the account.
An account that gets investigated and is determined to be used for farming receives a perma ban with a notice stating some verbiage around abuse of economy. These types of investigations can lead to guild banks and or linked accounts also being wiped and or banned. Again, this is manual investigation and does not happen all the time. Depends on how deep they look and what is determined from the logs and activity they pull.
These are two completely different types of occurrences although getting detected with the bot, can be the catalyst to being investigated further resulting in the other action
