i got banned on my main yesterday, since ban i sold 2 $150 itens and couple of $10-20 ones... well not a big loss from the account ;P the money only pay 8 more diablo lol

Your simply wrong. When you check "I agree" you give them all the legal rights you would have. That contact you agree to overrides any "standard law", if there is any reguarding selling or using "hacks" on games. To put it more simply, EULAs/TOS override law.

This is the biggest load of bs i've ever read. .. no TOS overrides ANY law in any way. Laws are laws they trump a TOS anyday. But there are no laws that I know of stating that your contract can not be severed for breaking rules of the contract. You are at the mercy of blizzard.

The terms of service, clearly state... If you do not wish to agree to these terms, contact xxxx and get a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

If you click yes, they have every right to terminate your account without biased if they see fit.

While this does not override laws, it goes hand in hand with them.

If they can hold people legally responsible for a digital signature they can hold you for this digital agreement.

Oh my fucking god....

STOP SPREADING FALSE INFORMATION !!!!

If it is written in EULA that Blizzard can come at any time to your home to have an orgy, and you accepted the EULA, does that make it legal if Jay Wilson comes and piss everywhere in your house ?

NO.

Eula means NOTHING. A recent court rule in Europe about account and selling back your game just stated that, so stop acting like a retard by blindly saying "oh yes yes, you agreed to the EULA so blizzard can do anything do anyone"....

EULA was the first step, you do realize that ToS are not the same. The ToS is a mutual contract for on going services to be provided.

This is so hilarious! You made my day :D
And yeah, I agree with you 100%.

Reports of mains getting banned, I lost mine :( never botted on it, just funnelled gold and used RMAH all the time.
\

Assuming that they used their main on the same computer/ISP, this should come as no surprise once their bots get banned. In my case, my main is used on my laptop and not my desktop, which I have 3 accounts running on (also different IP address). I've been slowing down lately after viewing the "game limits will be re-enable" thread on the Blizz forums. Anyone have any comments on whether my method is safer?
