Possible Ban Hammer on the way ... heads up to other buddies

You know how stupid you sound ? NO contract no matter agreed to or not can CHANGE a LAW its like saying i signed a contract to sell drugs so you cannot arrest me for it. How ignorant are you that you even think a EULA/TOS overrides civil or criminal law ? Denying your right to use a product you purchased without reason is not legal and would never be done it would open them up to lawsuits. Just stop while you're behind its obvious you have no fucking clue how the real world works just saying EULA overrides laws shows how stupid you're.

You have no idea what your talking about. Your example is nothing like what we are talking about. There is no law that says you are allowed to use 3rd party apps ona game. No law saying when you purchase virtual goods you own them. No law that says you have any rights over anything you purchase that a EULA/TOS can't override. Just because you say things and want them to be true doesn't make them so.

Here is a good example. It is illegal to take a bat to someone elses car window. But if when you buy the car you sign a contract that says anyone that works at the car lot has the right to come and bash your windows in and you give up all rights to take legal action.. guess what, your contract just override that law. Do you understand now?

i dont mean to troll, but i think it need to state the obvious about this thread.

Any contract that violates criminal or civil law is not legally binding. The very reason most are not worth the paper they're printed on. A EULA/TOS cannot ignore the law you just don't seem to understand that. Further more most Video game TOS's are not legally binding no matter how much you wanna believe they're.

Just because you sign a contract saying you can sell drugs doesn't mean you can sell drugs and yes that analogy works because denying you access to a product you purchased without cause is criminal.

You have to be trolling. I'm done lol You just don't understand internet/ virtual goods law. It's why there are so many paypal scams over mmo accounts. Paypal will allow you to send someone money, get the account info, then tell paypal you want your money back because you didn't authorize it and because it's a virtual good paypal will refund the money without even looking into the matter. Stop assuming you know what your talking about and go look up the information. I'm done responding because at this point I feel your a troll. Sorry you guys are getting your accounts banned. I don't even play D3 lol

lol. Actually if you tell paypal you didn't authorize it and the payment came from the same IP that accesses the account every day you will not get your money back. Furthermore you're committing fraud every time you or anyone else does this. You ain't even in the same ballpark here. Paypal refunds the money because they have a POLICY against virtual goods. Do you think paypal does this because its the law ? far from it in fact if they could prove fraud they would have you prosecuted. Furthermore we're not talking about internet or virtual goods here. You bought a product and were denied access for no reason its borderline criminal by blizzard and if you think otherwise you need to look up criminal law.

Also refer a few post up where you are given a link where the law says you're allowed to do something the EULA says you're not. What one do you think is legal ? Do you really believe that EULA changes the law ?

Just got 5 accounts banned today. 3 on sarkoth and 1 on act 3 core. Also my main that never botted just picked items and gold from other bots. Was a good run while it lasted wish we could figure out how they are tracking us!

Markn just stop this is painful to watch. They are simply too dumb to grasp a complex system like 'the law' even in its most basic nature.

How can you even try to get them to understand a grey zone. Let them live their lemming days and call it a day.

This seems to be very random, as they banned my playing account that never botted or something, I have no idea why really, and my Sarkoth killer stands up and steady until now, more than a week later.

No ***, no VMs, no anything, just some random ban for some reason and I can't figure why because they won't tell me anything besides "it's been investigated".

So there, I kinda lost half my enjoyment for the game.

Ur main and botting account used the same IP address?

My main is the botting account, it's been since 2006, got plenty of blizz games in there. The one banned was my secondary one.

And yes, they shared same IP and even same computer.

Still wondering why accounts with only 10 mins played getting banned and my 3 500k GPH AGB DHs still running 24/7 since 3,5 weeks...

Just a matter of time I guess plus a little bit of luck untill now.

I'm botting since the start of diablo. Total of 5 accounts now wich none of got banned. Imo its still the greedy behaviour of some botting 24/7 that flags em. Im botting 16/7 and also trying to casually play on the accounts every once in a while. Maybe I'm just lucky, but imo just botting as much as a human could play helps alot since they cannot detect demonbuddy, wich results into no proof of me botting.

Well all that get main accs banned.. Did you have any safety measures for your main? My Bots are running on a own "Bot-PC" with other IP Address.. So there is no single indication that both accounts are connected... Did you run them on the same Diablo 3 Installation? Same Windows? Same IP? Same PC Hardware? I just ship sometime gold to my main... But if they really ban.. They could ban all people buying or trading gold to their friends too

I boted 24 7 , until i started trading with Chinese, i do think some legit Chinese pay you but flag you, i still think i got banned cuz of Chinese. 18 bots, all in 10 min gap period. All one IP. At the same time their are other algorithm i think plays facters, faster way to catch you though i would guess go trade with an Chinese.

Some Chinese has asked me to write my tag # in skype! i assume for a SS to blizz. But the possibility are endless. At the same time how many games you make a day could be a big factor. Make less games. lets it roam 20-30 min or something. Just heads up.

Oh my fucking god....

STOP SPREADING FALSE INFORMATION !!!!

If it is written in EULA that Blizzard can come at any time to your home to have an orgy, and you accepted the EULA, does that make it legal if Jay Wilson comes and piss everywhere in your house ?

NO.

Eula means NOTHING. A recent court rule in Europe about account and selling back your game just stated that, so stop acting like a retard by blindly saying "oh yes yes, you agreed to the EULA so blizzard can do anything do anyone"....

Lol had a RMAH sale go through 8 hours after my account got banned. Wonder if I'll get paid or not :P
