Yes - US - 6 Months
havent been playing for 6 - 7 months, came back and botted to 100 on one character, was at 99 on the second when the ban hit..(about two weeks all together, around 4-5 hours a day, at different times, from different computers (I can play at work))..
I was supervising mine the entire time, stopping every now and then to run a bg manually, goofing off, mining, chatting with people...
It got detected, no big deal to me (As I didnt get a perm-a-ban) but I will miss honorbuddy, it made the boring stuff a lot more fun..
Honorbuddy was the best money I have spent, but I have uninstalled/deleted all three of my installs..
Tried several ways to get unbanned, nothing worked. They told me that I could play my second account(didnt know they knew about that one, as it is under a different name/credit card), but to be sure any software that violated TOS was removed because they would hate for me to pay to play again and get that one banned as well.. Cut and paste below..

Thank you for your continued correspondence. After a thorough final review of the action taken against this license, we have arrived at the same conclusion. The action will not be reversed or changed under any circumstances.
As for the questions though, yes it's a 6 month suspension in this case and not a permanent account closure. So when we get to 11/14/15 the license will be available to play once again. Of course, you are more than welcome to play the XXXX license or add a new one if you still want to play. I would focus on ensuring that you address the root cause of the violation first and evaluate or re-evaluate any and all programs that you have running on your system. After all, I wouldn't want to see you in the same boat again after the suspension is lifted or investing time and money into an additional license just to have it suffer the same fate because the root cause was never addressed.
