[Plugin] Profile Switcher - keep your Nephalem Buffs!

ok I must be doing something wrong. the ProfileSwitcher folder goes in the plugin folder right? Its not showing up in my listed plugins when I start db. Only other plugins I am using are the 3 giles db enhancements and the debuffs/evasion plugin. It loads the first profile fine (I am using your modified rods profile) I have them in their own separate folder with nothing else in it. But after hunting grounds ports to town sells repairs and then ports back to hunting grounds and does nothing. It is acting as if the ProfileSwitcher is not installed. But its folder is clearly in my plugin folder. Please tell me where Im screwing up heh I wanna try this out.

Did you restart Demonbuddy?

And post a log - if you havn't restarted DB.

i had this same problem at first as well. what i did was deleted the plugin folder. Unziped it again while DB was closed. Then started DB again. It worked that after that and showed up in the list. The first time i installed it i unziped it into the plugin folder while db was open then closed db and reopend it, plugin wasnt there. But follow my steps and it should work.

will try it now...although I always do that...I never add when its open...will try again.

nope no change. Closed db even went into task manager and made sure the process was dead. Deleted the folder for profileswitcher and then downloaded again and extracted to my plugins folder. Still not showing up. I am using db version .185 does that make a difference? I went back to the older version when the new version of db was having issues with hoa3

gr8 plugin. but there is 1 problem - in the warden room it stucks on the balcony over the exit to halls of agony. i know it's propably radonic's profile problem, but any1 got a solution for this?

Check the first few lines of your log and look for a compiler error. If one of the other plugins fails to compile, it will quit loading them and never get to profile switcher, and it won't show up in demonbuddy. Are any other plugins not showing up?

It's a demonbuddy problem. Use an older version (I hear .199 works) or just remove the butcher run profile from the directory.

ok getting this error

OK so i love this profile, but I've started having a problem. When it finishes the last profile, it exits the game, reloads that same profile and then exits the game again and again and again and again. I have to stop it, manually swap back to profile1 and restart it. I looked at the .xml and noticed this line:

Code:
<RunCode code="Zeta.CommonBot.ProfileManager.Load("C:\\act1elite\\act1elite1.xml");"/>

I was wondering if I needed to change it to:

Code:
<RunCode code="Zeta.CommonBot.ProfileManager.Load("D:\\Demonbuddy\\Profiles\\act1elite\\act1elite1.xml");"/>

D:\DEMONBUDDY\PROFILES\ACT1ELITE\ is the directory path for the profiles i use for farming act 1 using this plugin, also is the syntax on that correct?

You have downloaded a very very early version of the plugin - think 0.2 or so :)

Download the actual version and try again!

Load a profile, hit start, restart demonbuddy then it should work! Are you using a relogger?

Hrm I just updated to 1.0 earlier today, I'll try again.

OK apparently in the original version of the profile pack that came with this profile there was an act1elite8 that is not in the current pack. When I unzipped the recent version it was updating the old profiles, but since 8 was in there still it kept loading it getting stuck in that loop. Deleted and fixed :)

ugh had to do complete new install of everything. Not your guys fault, just tedious to always have to do that with each new plugin :p Got it working now. Thanks I love it

Awesome job on the latest update. Apparently I don't need to add any special lines into the last profile of the directory, when it reaches the last profile in the directory it will reload at the first one. With this I can now arrange the order that it runs the profiles by simply renaming them :)

Yup, and you can even make them descriptive if you want. I renamed mine to things like Act 2.1 - Mines and Act 2.2 - Road to Alcarnus. Still alphanumerical order.
