you written sugarwebsite but it must be SugarWebsite

yes its workin with the new version... redownload it... maybe it will work then

Restart HB... reconfig all settings and recompile the script after reconfig... enable the plugin and try again
 
Worked after restart, how come it stops working if it is running for some time?
Or is it random?
 
I'm probably asking for too much help here, but I made an account for free webhosting at zymic. I uploaded it to the ftp but none of the stats load, screenshot works though. I think the problem is that I renamed index.php to index.html (wouldn't work otherwise) If anyone could help that would be great, I've never made a website before.

if you dont have php support on the webhotel you cant see that, since its all php code.
and the file name most be index.php for the stuff to work
 
it said that php was supported and I treid ganzkurz1's host which also said php was supported and the webpage is still messed up (though on that host nothing got renamed)

did you follow everthing?
uploaded the webpage to the ftp it should look something like this: www.yoursitenamehere.com/SugarWebsite when you enter the webpage.
and not something like this: www.yoursitenamehere.com/SugarWebsite/Black or www.yoursitenamehere.com/Sugar[URL="http://www.yoursitenamehere.com/SugarMonitor/Black"]Website[/URL]/SugarWebsite or www.yoursitenamehere.com/Sugar[URL="http://www.yoursitenamehere.com/SugarMonitor/Black"]Website[/URL]/Orange
 
all of your links look the same... when i go to my page there is an option for firefox or IE

here is the error that is posted instead of the info (instead of the character name or xp or anything)

Warning: file(../../sugar.html) [function.file]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /data/multiserv/users/460694/projects/1072455/www/SugarIE/index.php on line 98

The last number "line 98" changes with what needs to be displayed. Thank you for your help

seems like your sugar.html file isent getting uploaded to your webserver, have you input the right root and everthing in the sugarmonitor.cs file?
 
that must have been something i missed on the install steps... I'll try it and see what happens
