[Plugin] Giles Stash & Loot Rule Replacer

You can disable out-of-combat avoidance, if you want! If you're using Giles Combat Replacer, that is.
Open GilesCombatReplacer.cs with notepad or notepad ++, and find THIS.

It will appear twice, delete both instances.

after commenting the two code blocks, it still miss some loot when I monitoring it.
I think maybe during-combat avoidance black listed the area.
but if I turn off avoidance completely, I will certainly die a lot (I'm running A3 champ runs in inferno)
Any suggestion?

Unfortunately not :/
We'll just have to wait for Giles SUPER-SECRET new plugin that he is working on! That will revolutionize the universe and hopefully fix looting :P

that's sad,
roughly estimate, 1/10 chance to miss loot, typically when encounters desecrator or molten
 
It's starting to get worrying now, just with Gillescombatreplacer,gilesstashreplacer and radsprofilemanager, I have it set to pick up bundles of 100g or more, it leaves them constantly, I have the rest set on default, and it leaves i61,62 & 63s lying around. What's going on here? :( 80% of the time it picks them up, and 20% it just ignores them?..
 
I dont use any combat replacer, and I have all avoidance turned off

I still have yet to find a single legendary 62ilvl + and i've found at least 40 legendaries since 1.0.4
 
Still trying this plugin and it leaves absolutly all the gold in the map (only picks gold if it's in the character route).

I set up to pick 50g mounts and it leaves ALL the gold, even +900 mounts.

Of course it also doesn't pick any yellow or blue item.

So I can say that NOTHING is working from this plugin for me.

I dont use giles for combat i use normal. I also have all avoid turned off. I do die more yes but with it missing loot was scared to turn it off. Ive still seen it skip over loot. It seems to be a combo issue. The avoid fixes some of the problem but the rest of the issues are all DB issues and they need to fix it.

you obviously have GilesWoprldObjectHandler installed and have ticked "Disable loot filtering" on the menu for that ? This will make it all work.

All plugins also need opening once and config saving every time, you need to do that too.

What profile are you using, a gold farming one? Some of them inside the profile have looting set to false. This is norm due to them having high pick up radius and not needing to loot. Before you attack the plug in check the profile, you will find the tag at the bottom if it says looting to false just change to true.
 
I am using A1 Cham Farm. I noticed sometimes it misses Rare (within the set levels) and Crafting Plans, when there are no nearby enemies to attack. It simply looted other stuffs and went on. I think it happens generally not just to rare. I've seen it misses gold piles with 1k+ as well. I am using all the recommended plugins, namely 3 giles and radsprofilemanager. My DB is .221. My DB is a clean install for cham farm, no other plugins or modifications here. There was a DB update today but I reinstalled to .221. Because the profile manager did not work properly in the new version.

Any idea what is causing the problem?
 
Jack try disabling the AOE avoidance in one of giles plugins, that and increasing the loot radius kinda worked for me.
 
I noticed that it is not ID'ing the rare items it looted. Isn't it supposed to ID and sell the crappy rare ones? Or am i totally off here?

I think you have done something to fuck it up .. It does all of these things.

This is exactly what is happening to me.... although in addition it seems I sometimes run off away from loot during avoidance and never go back to check on it....


If anyone can show me where to remove the avoidance that would be great, or how they got around this issue/ what exactly they switched.


I guess an additional question on this is, can we prioritize looting over combat, so if something real nice drops in the middle of a fight, it picks it up right away then continues to fight...

Bump, 60+ now and counting. Never seen an ilvl 62 or above legendary. I think its not picking them up.

I dont have any combat replacer, only 1.9.7 stash replacer and 1.6 world object handling by giles.

Anyone help pls?

you're screwed like many of us. wish giles would have fixed this before he took on this new project... oh well another week of no sales and many frustrations...

It just seems like it could be something really simple that's going wrong, has anyone PM'd giles about it maybe asking him to do a quick update? I don't want to spam him

Anyway, probably have version 1 out tomorrow evening. It wasn't worth me trying to fix stash replacer, or combat handler because of the nature of some of these issues.

The REASON for the new project is that I am able to combine them all and make them interact - allowing the problems caused by 1 plugin not to affect the other plugin. I'm also re-working some huge backend stuff in how it handles many things technically, which again will fix some of the random oddities, reduce Diablo 3 memory requests, and reduce DB memory mis-reads by caching more stuff.

I can assure you I am neither selfish nor thoughtless - I did look at the problem(s) and my current course of action will be the best for all.

Great to hear man, your plugins are truly awesome, I've had 0 issues aside from something going wrong with picking up some high ilvl items, like the legendaries, if that gets fixed I'll be super happy :P
