It is possible to follower give blue/yellow and grey items on town like legendary?

That would be an amazing idea to get mats on new characters!

Would love to see this if it does not exist yet.
 
Thought it would be easy using the party invite mechanics and then switching to the 'adventure' bounty scripts. Not as easy as I'd hoped. Anyone else working on this? It'd be nice is a 4 man bot team was knocking out bounties. As it stands now, the bot doing it alone is just too slow.

What are you talking about?

Just load Bounties on leader, and followerCombat on the rest of the characters.
 
He's talking about farming 4 man bounties, with each character doing different acts
 
2500 wiz, 1980 supports. 5 follow, 300 teleport(doesnt matter in grs), 20 catch up, leader start delay 40(doesnt really matter). Update speed 250ms.

i don't know how you do it lol, using autofollow .19 or .20 my 4 man group still is considerably worse than when using simplefollow. i was getting 100-150b/hr less =/

I can't say its 100% equal or better than simplefollow, but it allowed me to get my stricken/trapped to 108 instead of just sitting at 100 and questtools being fucking retarded and unable to upgrade what i want with 1%s.
 
You need to set ignore trash further away that 0, ignore rares, champs, elites, minions, goblins, there a few diff settings on the same page dealing with those in trinity. As for them not working they do work as I just tryed them on my end. I assume by not working your meaning the for mentioned prob of them not following witch is a known issue. And as xjvz said he thinks he has it fixed for next version when it comes out. And you will need to use illiuisnary boots so that the bots have no chance to get traped by mobs its what we did last season with simple follow.

But as I said so long as the plugin is not properly keeping the bots together its best to not use zdps toons at all so when they get spilt they can still kill mobs as with this version there is still a high chance of that.

I'll try to explain how i made it work, i spent some hours before it works.

First : Disable the fucking Windows Firewall : that's why it didn't work for me. And disable the firewall in your antivirus software too.

If you know how to do it, you can create a rule, saying "accept connexion on the simple follow port". Default port is 10920

On the leader char, simple follow option : ip = localhost.
In windows : execute, type CMD, and ipconfig. You will get your local network ip. ( example : 192.168.1.10 ).
Now load a profile.

On the follower, simple follow option : ip = 192.168.1.10 ( in our example ).
Load profile : SimpleFollow.xml.

Start, profit. Follower is in the same house, same local network.

If you want a friend to follow too :
- On the computer of the main char : go here Quelle est mon adresse IP? Outils de l'adresse IP et davantage. Example : 185.12.1.241
This is your internet IP.
- On your friend follower, open simple follow option, enter the IP ( in our example 185.12.1.241 ).

Last, but not least.
The main char must config his routeur to accept connexion on port 10920.
You can find how to do this, google it.
Often, you can access routeur setting, opening internet explorer, and enter the routeur IP adress : 192.168.1.1
You must find NAT, enter the main computer IP ( in our example 192.168.1.10 ), and adding the port 10920.

yea the gem upgrade issues are why i wanted to use autofollow instead and why i keep trying it with every version sadly i get a lot less xp/hr and my wiz dies a lot more when using autofollow

Long as you have follow range at 5 and catch up at 10 it doesn't seem to be an issue really. Sometimes it just gets lost but that happens with simple as well idk. It might be less exp but at this point in the season it doesn't matter which is why im using it for gem upgrades.
 
Was anyone able to run this plugin with VMware machine?
I am using two of Virtual Machine to run one incidence of diablo game in each Virtual Machine.
I have trouble to connect to port.
Leader and follow bot were saying " Waiting for bot to connect to port....."

In SimpleFollow, I just needed to change code from; [ private static Uri serverUri = new Uri("http://localhost:10920");]
to [ private static Uri serverUri = new Uri("http://192.170.200.xxx (IP address):10920");

I searched in setting.cs and couldn't find those section in AutoFollow.
Does anyone know what is equivalent to those above code and where it is in AutoFollow?

JK... Thought it was making games correctly. Guess not still with current SVN. Wish it would just make a game and ignore followers until its actually in a game then let them join via quick join. Autofollow has zero clue how to invite and make games like Simple did. At least it knows how to Auto Join with Quick Join.... once it has a game. Making the game is the problem still.

I have modified some scripts came up with my own follower split bounty and for the most part it did split bounties. Versions have since changed so here's what I remember. Used parts of the power level script and all of the bounty script. You merge a few lines from plvl to the bottom ish area od bounty script. And you had to change the behavior. I believe adventurer handles bounties and it is already coded to randomly choose bounty so sometimes the bots end up doing the same one but it's rare.

im just using the xp/hr as a metric to keep track of how its doing heh, lower xp/hr on same gr generally means i gotta push it to a lower gr which means lower max gem lvls

I mean you can spam 90s and get 106 legendary gems. Its how I got 108s from 92s. It only took like 1.5 days of GR spamming to get each gem from ~97 to 108 each and you only have to do 2 since pain enhancer is worthless to level really.

Hi,

Is there anyway to change the town run rules?

I've noticed that when in a 4 bot group, the leader will start the next Grift even though the other bot's have not yet finished their town run.
This is bad when the bot is still full from spending shards.
Does the run, and can't pick up anything.

He turn returns to town with the rest of them after the RG is dead, and the leader closes the rift!
