You can do it, you just have to take a crash course in LUA if you don't know it tho, will only take you a few weeks up to a few months depending on how fast learner you are, then you have to go through all the code and then google every single lua change that was made in patch 6.0.2, I'm sure you will have it fixed within a year.
And if you haven't notised this is a FREE product, I haven't gained a single donation for all the work I've done to this so any motivation I have to update if it breaks is zero.

I tried the new addon, and it works fine after patch 6.0.2 (got it from curse.com - V7.3.0), but I noticed that I need to manually click the Invite button. I am not sure if it has always been like that, since I used the plugin with it from the beginning, so I'm used to automatic inviting. I also, updated the plugin with the latest update posted in this thread that is supposed to be working for patch 6.0.2 if the addon itself is working, but as soon as I start HB, I get an Lua error in wow and I don't see any whispers going out. So currently, the addon is working the manual way, and plugin is not working for me.

Right but the whole point of having this version is to be able to use the purge feature and resend invites. If you download it from curse all you are getting is the normal version that has not been modified like this one.

I hope we get a fully functional version of this soon.

And yes the perks have been removed so I believe having a large guild will die. But it is always nice to have people to talk to when you have a question I guess ...

Well, aparently you can't follow simple instructions. You DON'T download the addon from curse. You use the modified one from my svn or the zip from 2nd post. Read the post that I made a page or two ago howto install this.

Seems like everything is working perfectly except I do not think the welcome message is working or the greeting message is working after people join.

Other than that it is sending invites out and people are accepting.

when i was using this i used a addon called guild welcome, it auto welcomed ppl when they joined.

I think the second post you posted in this thread, that said: "PimpMyGuild is updated for wow 6.0.2, both on the SVN and in the attached file. If SGI works in 6.0.2, well I guess you have to cross your fingers and pray it does." might have been responsible for the confusion.

"If SGI works in 6.0.2" implies you are talking about the updated non-modified Add-on, otherwise, why would you say "If", when you talk about the modified add-on that you supposedly tested and know that it works? This statement essentially caused me to totally ignore the first post (I just ran through it to check any mention of 6.0.2, aka post updated, and there were none), and since the only mention of 6.0.2 was in the second post, I assumed that the attached files are supposed to be installed over the latest non-modified add-on to modify it.

Finally, thank you for being patient and polite about it, contrary to other "Retards".

Hi all, i am having a problem with sgi. it all works well for 5/20mins then, the plugin no longer clicks on "invite". if i try to manually click invite, the game freezes for one second but the invite is still not sent. i have to /reload ui so it works again.

i have updated both sgi and pimpmyguild as advised in the 1st and 2nd post. (I do not have any other addons active other than sgi)

does someone have the same problem or do you have any solution to this?

The add on stays in the center of my screen and I cannot move it ...

Plus I don't see it having the outbound whisper, adding the join date when they join, and the greeting in guild chat after they join ...

Is there plans to fix this or no? Just wondering.
