[PimpMyGuild] - The ultimate guild recruiter! Updated for 5.0.4!

Cant get this to work. I copy the svn and put it in my hb plugins folder. I copy the other svn and put it in the wow interface addons folder. Doesn't show up in plugins. Either it's me not doing it right or the instructions aren't explained clear enough.
 
it seems to be very picky. make sure to make new folders, svn them, then copy paste into your existing folders.
 
So... i fixed it, it shows up in plugins now. ? Do i just click start and it works it self out? Also is there meant to be other stuff?

there will be a button on your minimap, click that button. fill in the [enable addon] [level brackets] outgoing whisper, greet message, anything else you are interested.

open hb, click plugins, check off pimpmyguild, choose combatbot if you just want to stand in city and spam, or you can use with questbot, or gatherbuddy pretty easy.

WILL NOT WORK WITH ANY BOTBASE THAT SHUTS DOWN PLUGINS. tyreal has a checkbox for this option, and lazy raider, just to name a couple.

this is the ingame stuffs. see the minimap button, and here are the ingame slash commands for the addon.

your addon directory tree looks like this

you have to delete all your previous setting folders, wtf, honorbuddy, cache, any folder that may contain anything player specific to get rid of anything that will interfere with the plugin/addon
 
Literally just made account to tell you thank you, your first post isn't retard proof, so by definition I fucked up. So let me make this retard proof for everyone, also, I've read about 40 pages on this thread so far lol.
I've ran this for an hour now and already got 10 lvl 90's to join.

RETARD PROOF VERSION ACTIVATE!


Things not to do:

DO NOT DOWNLOAD ANYTHING OTHER THAN WHAT IS POSTED
IF YOU HAVE SGI ALREADY DOWNLOADED DELETE THAT SHIT


Things to do:

  1. Install TortoiseSVN
  2. Follow the installation wizard
  3. Go to your WoW folder and delete the cache.
  4. If you had SGI before go to C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft\WTF\Account\YOUR ACCOUNT NAME HERE\SavedVariables
  5. Delete anything with "SuperGuildInvite" in the name, burn them all to hell.
  6. Go to HB, delete that cache too bro.
  7. Now go here: C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft\Interface
  8. Copy this akna-hb - Revision 104: /trunk/Addons
  9. Right click "Addons" click "SVN Checkout"
  10. Paste the link, click ok, click yes if it says something stupid, let it proceed then click ok to finish.
  11. Next, go to your HB folder, open the "Plugins" folder, create a new folder called: "PimpMyGuild"
  12. Copy this: akna-hb - Revision 104: /trunk/Plugins/PimpMyGuild
  13. Right click this folder, click SVN Check out, paste that link -- you know the drill -- click ok, yes, wait for it to finish, click ok.


BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE! -- Here's how to make sure EVERYTHING works.

  1. Start WoW, go to your addons, DISBALE ALL ADDONS, except SGI.
  2. Go in game, click the SGI button by your minimap, check mark enable, and dick around with the settings in there.
  3. Then click "SuperScan"
  4. Start HB, click Plugins, checkmark PimpMyGuild, start a profile -- I personally use a questing one.


It should work by itself now.

READ HERE IF IT WONT WORK

1. Delete the caches
2. Make sure you removed any previous installed SGI
3. ONLY use the SGI that was provided
4. Make sure you enabled PimpMyGuild in HB
5. Disable all addons EXCEPT SGI.

When I'm running my bot I have every addon disabled except SGI that way I know nothing will interfere with each other.

Don't want to get banned while having whispers enabled? Do something like this: Hey PLAYER, join NAME and you will receive XP boosts, free repairs, and free bags! *if you no longer wish to receive these messages please check"Block Guild Invites"* <----- Add a disclaimer

Am I right when I say this plugin and SuperGuildInvite will be useless in 6.0.2? Cause there will be no cashflow anymore...?
 
No not really.

Many players spend to their guild vault.

Last week one pally spend 10.000 gold and 2 love is in the air mounts into my vault.

I don't know why but the do that often enough ;)
 
anyone get the problem where the bot dont invite? it just says "recieved shared lock on "name" from " insted of invite?

Plugin will work, if they made changes so the addon won't work I have no idea and if it don't work then it won't work, I will not do any updates to the addon part of this.
