Quick question, can i turn on everything I want to use and then just log that character and turn it on... or do I need to reset the option to be turned off/on relevant to that specific character I am currently using. Thanks! Just got this going.

You need to login once and set what you want to be on to on, when you close HB it will remember the settings, and it is induvidual so you can set one char to prospect another to mill.

i use it like this.

Farmer sends mats to "alt1" alt one gets the mail and sends ores to the Jewelcrafter alt, and herbs to the inscriptor alt., Arelog relogs and logs in to the Jewelcrafter and he starts doing his thing, then it relogs to the inscriptor and it does it things, then it relogs to an enchanter that DE?s the rings and necklaces.
 
Not sure if this info would be helpful, but when doing my own shuffle tinkering I managed to get it to do the Darkmoon cards and the epic shoulder enchants. Basically, I nested making a Wisdom Scroll, Darkmoon cards and making the epic shoulder enchants in their own If block together, putting them in that order, that way it doesn't burn Darkmoon mats on enchants. As a precaution, I made the enchant If block check to make sure my Wisdom Scroll was on CD before proceeding, though I'm not sure it is needed.

This sure could be done this way.
 
If i choose to craft neck and ring and sell to vendor and mail the gems to alt the bot buys jeweler setting and mails it to alt leaving it with no money if not watched
