[Party Plugin] SimpleFollow - Multi-Bot Party Plugin

Anyone else got a problem with the followers, as they continuously clicking their own banner, and by that just standing doing it over and over again in town ?

hmm the write protections works partially ... it is still deactivated when the internet connection is terminated ... but when your close all bots at YAR and restart again its activated again
still this problem is terrible cost me so much time ...

oh and I have another question ^^
I have 2 comps one runs 5 bots one 3 bots
I want to have 2 partys ... at the moment I have one 4 player party and one 3 player party ... the leader of the 3 bot comp just do not want to invite the remaining bot on the other comp
whats wrong there? I don't really know what count the port should have so I tried 10920 and 10930 but both won't work ... where the problem there?

Just found the answer for my question. my bad to not search the thread

What is the best way to make sure your bots stay together.....I'm having issues where some of them stray away from the leader......die or get stuck and then teleport back to the leader......but it happens way too much.

I've been using this plugin and have been having both problems and successes. I ran it with an uber profile, and the group of 4 barbs was able to handle mp7 without too much trouble. When running other profiles I'm having problems with the bots not staying together. When they separate iph plummets. When they are together i get maybe a 15% improvement. I am wondering if anyone gets better results with a different class combination than all barbs.

Also, I'm not sure why but when I run magi's a1-a3 randomized key hunt the leader doesn't exit the party when he exits the game. This results in a loop where leader attempts to make game over and over again, but can't because he is in a party.

profile can be downloaded here http://www.thebuddyforum.com/demonb...-a1-a3-inferno-keywarden-hunt-randomized.html

Not just you Franktel.

I switched from 2 barbs and 2 monks to 4 barbs in hopes that they would run together and do better, but no...still run off from each other randomly.

Rrix stated that he had an update that would resolve the issue.....but that was days ago........ :(

I tried uber run, but my leader didn't want to click accept uber boss button :(

I had to manually click okay on the leader, but it handled the boss fight well.

It would be nice if if I could be party leader and my bots would follow me

You can. There is a blank profile somewhere in this 34 page thread. You load the blank profile on the char you want to control....then play and they follow.

I noticed the OP states to make your fastest/strongest char be the leader.

I switched the leader to a weaker char, and gained about 200 IPH......can't figure out why...

ill go out on a limb and say its because you didnt test it long enough to get an accurate iph reading

Could be.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that by choosing a character that is mid-ranged to lead the party gives better results, as it doesn't leave other bots behind...

Leading to my followers teleporting back out and in to catch up......causing lower IPH....but I dunno.

never party botted with anything but barbs but im sure theres some truth in your theory.

I guess it depends on your party composition. If you have a barb leading, there will be times were followers won't be able to follow him closely due to rage starvation ergo no sprinting. Also you will be losing sprint usage on the followers, whenever they have rage enough but the leader does not.

I assume you read the part where it said the leader has to have the slowest movement speed on the party or it will leave followers behind!

I've found this plugin to be extremely useful with monks. Really few teleports needed. On the other hand, my barbs do better individually, plus they don't have a great co-op sinergy.

And I've also though about setting a firebats wd leading the party, but the main issue is survivability. I would have to reduce monster power or spend a couple billions to give him the same survivability that monks and barbs have, I'm not sure it would be a smart move.

Gotcha.

I read it wrong, and thought it said to make your fastest bot the leader..... :(

I'm running 4 barbs BTW. Went from 2 barbs and 2 monks to 4 barbs, and all 4 have no deaths, and higher IPH than the monk party.
