hey boys any of you have trouble when the leader bot crashes, gets relogged in, and is still in the party? Then the leader tries to create a game while in the party and just keeps getting error messages

hey,

this plugin is realy sick, I love it. But i have some problems after some runs, the following bots just have problems with good banner to click. thay just click on the wrong banner to get to the leader.

Did anyone had same problem, or can give any advices how to make it work correctly?

I tried full clean install, didnt help at all

anyone noticed increase in the CPU usage and CPU temp when using this plugin? Is it because of the plugin or because they play in the same game?

4 with party plugin is kinda equivalent to my previous 6 solo bots.

I'm using 4 bots..
In YAR, do you have to use 4 different DemonBuddy programs? Etc G:\Demonbuddy 1.0.1439.312\Demonbuddy.exe for ALL the bots? Or is it like you do with the Diablo game.. A different folder for each game/bot?

My game path is this:
G:\Games\Diablo III_2
G:\Games\Diablo III_3
G:\Games\Diablo III_4

Question is:
Should I have 4 different demonbuddy also? Etc this?:
G:\Games\Diablo III_2\Demonbuddy 1.0.1439.312\Demonbuddy.exe
G:\Games\Diablo III_3\Demonbuddy 1.0.1439.312\Demonbuddy.exe

Longer is better, with the least amount of zone/portal switching. I've made improvements recently that allow the bots to follow fairly closely to each other, however extremely short runs will likely see a lower overall GPH/IPH/XPH than longer runs.

solution #2

Go to your demonbuddy directory, go to settings dir inside it. There you'll find a directory for each of your bots. Go to the first bot, open with notepad charactersettings.xml.

<Value>YAR Comms</Value>
</EnabledPlugins>

Look at these lines after enabled plugins. If there is not <Value>SimpleFollow</Value> , add it.Save the file, close DB and reopen it. Rinse and repeat for each bot.

Should help solve your issue.

hmm I tried it and it works ... but still when my internet connection crashes and YAR restarts sometimes SimpleFollow is turned off which really suxxs ... nobody having the same problem?

also whats wrong with the newest DB versions neither trinity nor YAR closes D3 correctly
for example there is a disc 'connection has been lost' and d3 isn't closed the connection lost screen just remains until you click manually ... how can I fix this?

Enabled simplefollow, close DemonBuddy manually. Restart and the problem won't appear again

I don't have the same issue running YAR 0.1.9.2 but i doubt this is where the problem lays. YAR force enable plugins should also do the trick for every "START ALL" click but may be lost on disconnects.

You could always disable writing rights after doing what pimpampum suggested i guess, if the issue is really unrelated to human interaction That should disable demonbuddy from overwriting its own config (this suggestion is probably completely unrecommended by the buddy team). That would be merely a temp fix however.

Also: make sure to shut all bots down before using my method in the previous post, other bots may overwrite its effect - causing the issue your experiencing

That shouldn't be happening at all. Not the connection is lost issue, that is happening to me too with the same exact results (plugins do not close the error window and yar does not restart d3 and db), but the issue with yar not loading simplefollow after a crash.

There are two things you could do (that could help or could be completely useless, but worth to try).

About the other issue....can't help with it, it's happening to me too. Can't tell if its a demonbuddy issue, a Trinity issue, a simplefollow issue or a relogger issue.
1?) delete the compiled assemblies folder inside your Demonbuddy dir.
2?) Delete YetAnotherRelogger folder from Users/"Insertyourusernamehere"/Appdata/Local. This dir should be hidden , if you can't see it you'll have to set the option of seeing hidden files at folder options in windows.


EDIT: If you wanna try this, it would help with the disconnects /crashes . Or not. It helped some people so....just take off Questools plugin. Even if the profile asks for it...except if you are still running rrrix act 3.Let us know if it helped, it could help identify the problem!

Hello folks, so im using r-yar , and i wanna have 2 bots in the same game.
I setup the first bot whos gonna be leader bot. uncheck idle... load my profile , also load simplyfollow relogger...
but how to setup second bot? whos gonna follow, cuz everytime i load simplefollow profile only, demonbuddy gives me errors that its not legit profile and i should check my xml...

so how to setup the follower bot?

thanks for your answers ... I set the seeting chart for my leader to write protect so maybe this will correct the problem with deactivation simplefollow

anyone tested to use a older version of DB for the disconnected from server issue? do you know where the problem lies rrrix?

ah and one more think ... the time between 2 games is always reset to 15-30 sec ... I reset it to 3-5 and the next time its again back to 15-30
