You will get a 'No viable path' error. You can check where it wants to go and a few lines above it should have the MoveToTag log from it. In this case it wants to go to Tatafu. Then you can look up where Tatafu is online (http://ffxiv.gamerescape.com/wiki/Tatafu or http://xivdb.com/npc/1008758/Tatafu) or as ExMatts said, you could just check the questlog. For this one you need to be in Western Thanalan.

This means you are in the wrong zone. Please move to the zone where the next quest step is located. Also, since this is for the 1-50 official questing profile pack, please post in that thread in the future to keep things organized.

This line in the log says it's trying to go to a different NPC than the one in your screenshot:

This exact issue, with this exact NPC and profile line number have been responded to in that thread multiple times already. I would search that thread for the above NPC name and see the results. I've gone ahead and pasted one of the responses in that thread below:

Maybe my English is bad, but again, please post in the thread for the profile you're having trouble with. The 1-50 Official Questing Pack is not my work.

It is trying to use a Lice Comb on something for a quest.
 
Limsa 1-15 quest profile has lost it's mind. Not sure what to do with it. At this point, I had to do swiftperch thru getting to moraby myself. It's always "no viable path" to the same place. And if I turn it loose, it only works starting at summerford farms and runs south until it hits an area near this bush. It runs back and forth into, through, and around the bush. And now, forcing it to happen to generate a log, it ended up autorunning away from the bush (the bot had crashed at this point and I had to accept force close. I've decided to just push through the MSQ until I hit the Envoy quest to resume 15-150 myself and just had it do some fate-ing so i'd have smooth sailing through the msq until 20 for chocobo and letting other classes fate level until resuming quest profile beyond this point.

This line is basically what has happened every time I try to run the profile from the point you first get to the swiftperch area, onward. Even now that the quest are significantly further down the line and I have the moraby docks waypoint, etc, this is what it wants to do: It wants to go to that place. Then it wants to run back and forth at that place. I've tried loading from every single places, dropping all quests, etc. No idea what else I can do on my end.

It looks like it's trying to move to a NPC named Gregory for the quest Meet, Greet, and Deceit. Have you tried manually interacting with this NPC and seeing if the profile will continue on its own?
 
Yeah, I tried and failed. I'm gonna give it another go tonight.

edit: yeah that npc is there in limsa but no such quest is in completed log or anywhere in the journal that i can find and nothing happens in the upper decks nor anywhere else. just gonna wrap up msq myself lol, no worries. wish i could figure it out if only for the mystery

That's what I find in the log you provided.
 
Quick question - When I get the SVN do I need to copy your "Questbehaviors" over to the Rebornbuddy root "Questbehaviors" or do I just leave them in the profile subfolder (example: c:\Documents\Rebornbuddy\Profiles\y2krazy\Quest Behaviors)? When I load the profile it will read from that location or is it looking in the Rebornbuddy root?

No need to move anything. My profiles use a custom behavior directory and pulls them from where they are in the SVN folder.
