There is no issue (i don't think there is one) i never use the bot before and i want to use it to make all story quest and level up to 50 so i think i can use that profile , but want i start it it go ot do ALL quest even the one lvl 3 or 4 i didn't do is it normal ?

Yes, that is currently how the profiles work.

Thank you, the new seasonable event worked brilliant :)

Could someone update the original posts to maybe more clearly explain what does and does not get done with this? I went to use the class/job quest profiles with zero luck. I did eventually find the listing of what was and wasn't complete, but it seemed incongruous with something else I'd seen. I'm just really unclear on what I can achieve with these profiles aside from a basic 1-50 and 50-60 bot doing every quest it can find

Error I'm getting once getting to the first fighting zone.

"No viable path" errors simply mean you're not in the correct zone. For now, when you encounter this, you can do a few things:

  • Open your Journal and click the "Map" button to see the location of the current quest objective, then move to that zone (as long as you know that is the quest the profile is currently trying to do).
  • Open the profile and go to the line number being referenced in the RB window/log file to figure out the quest the profile is trying to to; then, do the above.
  • Complete that step of the quest manually and cross your fingers that the next step is in the same zone.
I will be working on my own 1-50 questing profiles soon-ish. In the meantime, you can do one of the above.

Is it possible to say delete the part of the quests 1-30? Or something like that?
I have a level 23 for example that I botted to 18, then manually did quests and got 23. Now the bots constanly going around the older areas and doing random 18-23 side quests I didn't do, and being unable to teleport, etc. Wanted to know if I could just get rid of the quest portion below me.

kaga annotated the quests in the profile. If you don't want it to do quest "X", you can delete that section and give the profile a try.

I also have the same problem where i have to click complete on every quest and i have noticed that im watching the bot more then i would like due to it getting messed up on tasks. All and all tho its great and i don't really mind the manual clicking to complete the quests.

This is also happening with the crafting leve profile, beast tribe profiles, and yeah pretty much anything that requires a turn in. But things get picked up fine so /shrug

Hi i try to use that profile but when i start it it doesn't do anything and say "checking gear XXXXX" all the time i hope you can help me

Weird issue I ran into while using the profile, leveling fine with the exception of a few hiccups here and there, around mid 20s stopped for the Chocobo quest. I bought my Chocobo and turned the bot back on and it wouldn't do anything but try and grind to level for the next 2 levels, and now all it does it teleport back and forth between the two grinding spots. I tried all the obvious solutions and even did a bit of the main story manually to see if I could get it back on track, but nothing has worked yet.

Hello,

I was running the exact same profile yesterday but today it's throwing me this error and I tried to redownload the whole profile and rename folders but nothing works.

Last quest was Running Hakkue Manor but I don't think it's important.

I was running 15-50 Main Scenario pack. So I don't understand the error.

EDIT :

For the ones getting this error, what I did was Create a folder named it FFXIV (whatever is ok) then put RB inside. Inside RB put a "Profiles" folder, in that folder put a "Questing" folder to which you'll do the SNV checkout of this profile.
And now it works great!
there's probably other ways to get around, but this one worked for me!

Correct. The way LoadProfile works, the profile you're loading has to be located under RebornBuddy/Profiles (and a sub-folder, if necessary) to properly be found.
