[OFFICIAL] Rebornbuddy Questing Pack

Mine is having an issue with skipping cutscenes. It no longer does it but I haven't changed anything.

If I press escape for it, then it will skip. But now it doesn't seem to press escape to do the skip itself.

I don't know if this is related to the profile. Where should I start looking?
 
Due of the nature nature of questing, this profile pack will be updated often. Because of that, this profile will only be available via SVN. If you don't know how to use SVN, here are some instructions:

Download and install TortoiseSVN
Create a folder in your Rebornbuddy/Profiles folder called "Questing"
Right click on this new folder, then click "SVN Checkout"
For the URL of repository, enter https://subversion.assembla.com/svn/rbprofiles/trunk/Questing/
Click OK, and TortoiseSVN will download the profiles for you.
Now, each time before you run RB, right-click on the Questing folder and click "SVN Update" and it will automatically update the profiles for you!


I did this but there is no folder inside REBORNBUDDY there is no profile folder what am i doing wrong here? i only got the trial so i need this up asap working for a good review.
 
Could i get some help here, i just want the 1-50 pack to work for leveling, but the guide is atrocious, i follow it exactly but nothing works, it dosent update i dont see the pack in my drop down menu, any help please im onyl using the trial an dif i cant get it to work i wont be buyinhg

It appears Agil and AutoEquip are fighting each other. Disable Agil while leveling and that will solve that issue, typically.

Make a folder yourself if it's not there, that's what I had to do and it works for me.
 
When do I get chocobo with this?

My ACN is level 26 and is now completing the level 24 story quest 'Shadow of Darkness' but still hasn't finished getting the chocobo, it farmed 1400 seals.

I have to say I've had a couple of glitches here and there but the closer I read what's it's telling me the more I seem to be able to resolve most of the problems I'm having. All in All this thing is amazing. The work put into it by the team or person behind it are simply to be appreciated. Then he/she/they are just giving it to us.

I'm impressed and appreciative. It isn't doing everything I'd like it to do but for the most part it is doing exactly what the developer said it would, for me anyway and in those places it has problems, It is way better than what free usually gets me.
 
I agree that this is an amazing profile. I don't have any problems that I need help with, and perhaps my memory is a little foggy, but the profile seems to have a few more glitches now in the class quests than it did before the last patch. There have always been a few places where it has gotten lost around White Brim. Most of the time it works perfect, but it sometimes sends the bot to a room above or below where the quest npc is located in the White Brim area. It is not a problem as long as you are watching the bot. However, if you leave it alone you may come back to find your character running in place against a wall with a dozen people watching you and talking about "the bot."

That doesn't answer my question, it says how the purchase works but not when it happens. It did finally get it, though. It gets the final seals and goes to vendor and asks you to buy it much later on.

Unfortunately now the chocobo is bugging out the bot. It will go to a quest monster and glitch, sitting on its mount forever until i dismount for it. Furthermore, quests that have a purple circle that you stand in to spawn mobs will do the same thing because they spawn when you dismount chocobo and it doesn't dismount.

I am using Magitek instead of Kupo which might have an issue. However, using Kupo is not a solution because it has terrible healing percentages and causes the bot to die repeatedly as arcanist. It needs to heal around 70-75%, NOT around 40%. If it hits 40%, finishes it's ruin cast, then starts healing it is probably dead before the heal goes off.

Edit: Modified Kupo manually but it should really be an option.

OK so, now that I've reverted to Kupo and most of the default stuff this is pretty much officially a bug.

The bot will mount to a location once you have chocobo unlocked. If it's a quest that has a hazy purple circle that spawns mobs when you enter it, it wont spawn them while mounted. It only triggers when you enter not when you're in it, and the bot will stand there for hours trying to talk to the NPC with an error saying the enemy is still there.

It needs to dismount before entering the event area. For now the only fix is to disable use of chocobo and run on foot everywhere.

This happens in a lot of places, especially in the later quests. There are several areas where you need to dismount first, then do an action, but the bot will stay mounted while doing say .. an emote, and get hung up.

Still a very good quest pack, it will get you through the whole questline, its just not 100% afkable, more like 80%.
 
I got to level 31 and it took me to Central Shroud to see a merchant and got stuck. I reset the bot and now I get the error:

(EDIT: Figured I should mention I've tried updating the SVN and also a fresh install of Rebornbuddy along with restarting my computer.)

How do you actually get this to work? i followed these steps and nothing shows up in my bot.
