[Official] Demonbuddy Auth after Banwave

I imagine when DB comes back it will have nothing really different. Simply cosmetic changes to make people feel safer.

Well please explain why i didnt get banned?
Others with all the same setup did get banned. Only difference was that, i modified my demonbuddy.exe. hexedited it, everytime and then saved it with different name. If warden did some scan 3 months ago, they never finded my demonbuddy. Thats why im not banned.

tell me why i am not banned since i bot since release od D3 24/7 and it did not renamed it? get brain pls ty.

OCD doesn't make you super human lol... Do you even understand reletivity in milliseconds? If I told you to count each finger taking no more, no less that 500 m/s each time, do you think you could do it? There's a difference between OCD and perfection lol... OCD means you will run the same route, try for the same exact time frame, sort your loot specifically. I highly doubt that anyone clicks the SAME EXACT SPOT with 100% accuracy 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I doubt that person times and pauses EXACTLY the same time 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

I'm going to call talking out your ass on this one ;).

Heh, well, I try to start IDing the next item at the moment I finish IDing the previous.

A human can click very quickly. Set a stopwatch, and wait for a second to roll over and click as fast as you can until the next rolls over. I can get close to 10 per second if I really focus, probably 4 or 5 if I'm but being lazy. I have great timing too. I would say that each item starts being IDed at 300 ms after the previous is done.

But really, this doesn't matter at all. They really can't ban for that, because they could hit some legit players.

I don't know why everyone keeps saying make it as safe as possible. No matter what they do blizzard will find a new way to detect bots again and there'll be bigger more hard hitting ban waves. I think they're really gonna ***** down on it as they realize it is actually ruining the game for their fanboy players (I know the game is crap anyway but all the QQ fans on their forums seem to love it).

Blizz has no reason to want to completely kill botting. It is a losing battle for them, and even if they were successful, it would be bad for them. It costs a lot of money for them to have people develop new ways to detect botting, and they can never truly win without breaking the law (system scans).

Even if they managed to find a way, it would slow the economy to a crawl, they would lose a large % of their sales through RMAH, and it would kill the sales of D3. They will never end botting, because they can't and don't want to really. They just don't want more bots than real people playing the game.

If it only takes them 3 days to make it as safe as it can be and come up with ways to make it more human, then why wasnt it done before?

It only has to look human to Blizz. Blizz cannot see all of the client side only things you do. They only see what your packets send to them, and I guarantee you that previously, those packets were showing nothing that were 100% indicative of a bot. The recent changes could have added packets for previously unreported actions, which would explain the huge amount of bans. From the difference in item farming and gold farming bots, it must be with the way items are handled.

Problem was that: when we are starting Demonbuddy , he is showing our battletag and i think he is sending to somewhere this battletag

I'm not a genius and I don't think I ever will be but everyone who complains about bans shouldn't have thought about botting. Granted a lot of real players got banned as well is a total loss and I hope they could appeal. Questions I oppose is this, we know that the dev for DB are smart bright individuals and the same can be said about blizzard dev team, what are the chances that the blizz team is reading exactly what we are talking about? Could it be that human behaviors is not what they are looking at? it is possible that they are looking at how long each player runs a profile before logging off and starting a new game? Since these profiles basically logs you in, plays the profile for a certain interval till it ends the session and logs out, wait and log back in since these profiles just run as a loop? perhaps this is the pattern they are recording and not the reporting of packets, etc...

example: I as a blizz dev decide to select 50 accounts, check they're login/logout status, check the number of times they do it and for how long in between each. take the champions run, it runs all the stages and then logs off, wait, log back in.

I don't think it has anything to do with DB but more about the actual profiles used. How many players can you say use the same champions farming at any given time/day/week/month? I think this is something to think about.

Legit players often do the exact same runs, the same areas, in the same order, etc over and over. When I played legit I had a certain run that I was the most comfortable with, and it was all I did toward the end.

The big tell there is the amount of time (16-24 hours a day), but they don't seem to watch that. People botting a few hours a day got banned the same as people doing 24/7, and some 24/7s survived.

So is DB still not running? Cause mine says authentication failed. Just want to make sure im not doing something wrong with build 293.

Ive been botting for like 6 months on my main account a lot of times 6-8 hours at a time and still have mine so idk. I was botting within four days of that ban happening though.
