Hi all, I've sent a mail to the support about my ban (support france) in order to know when my account will be available. Here the answer of the support (in french):

transfering a character will give 0 mounts and only the achievvs that 1 character had nothing that was on other characters or shared progress... so its not really viable to transfer a character to a new account unless ur transfering from 1 liscence to another on the same bnet

I don't know about best business decision. they are already at a 9yr all time low for subscriptions. has not been this low since mid Vanilla.
 
Just before the ban I bought 12 game tokens and added the game time. On my account page it says that 6 tokens were already consumed during the ban, so even though the sub was cancelled and I was banned for 6 months, my 6 tokens are gone. Is there a point in messaging blizzard about it? I mean...should it really consume my tokens as normal during the ban?

My account is like 10 years old so Im kinda afraid that they gona punish me even more after I msg them...

Anyone has the same problem?
 
I bought a 6months subscription a few days before the banwave. that playtime, eventhough is paid for, is gone.
 
take ur wow as it is.

Might be actually worth to msg GM about it. 6 months of sub is quite a lot of money when you think about it.
 
how do you know your tokens are all used up? I also bought quite a bit of game time before the wave but the only evidence i see on my account page favors that it was not used. Looking at Account History the last Subscription from Token was in May.
 
Well I just bought some REAL gametime off ebay with 20% off seems worth it and probably might make my account safer...I dont know.

this happened to me kinda, they wont refund or do anything their all gone i asked them.

If one gets banned, does all of them get banned? Also do they share achievements?

I was told all wow licenses on the same account share all the accountwide stuff. Such as achievements, pets, mounts et.c. Might get a 2nd wow license on the same battle.net to protect my mains.

In most cases, no, they all won't be banned unless you're botting under all of them. Can they all get banned? Yes they can, but its not super likely.

All accounts under a b.net share almost all achievements, mounts and pets (the top end pvp achievements and mounts, no). It's good to have a second account to protect your main, but its not necessary. It may be good to have the account before a potential ban, but you'd most likely be ok even if you got another account after a ban.
