I have this exact problem too.. same input in dns it just crashes on launching archeage.. I run windows 10

Changing the DNS is not a fix, it's a workaround, which doesn't work for the majority of people.

Hopefully we'll get a fix soon, since I'm losing money with this downtime.

crashes crashes crashes , on my 2nd gaming pc AB made it to game , but after 20 mins in Grinder always crashes .... on my main PC AB just keep crashing b4 i even launch the game !! OP
ty for nothing 2 days now waiting for an answer and i just see users with the same problem asking for the same problem and nothing from their devs at all ! amazing job guys keep it up
