hey Storm, can you add a feature that allows you to switch between 2h and DW rotations? Currently Necro does not auto detect between the two changing to the appropriate rotation. It would be nice to switch between the two for particular fights without having to restart HB to get the proper rotation activated.

Heres the log log - Pastebin.com I was playing with the presences to see if it was reading which it was, but for some reason its not running the rotation. For example, it dropped defile and then stopped for like 10 seconds and did something else.

THIS IS 667ilvl with a 655 2hMace 2H FROST: Okay so the three following pictures are dps numbers of the training dummies in your garrison so yes defile is hitting the tanking dummy and howling blast is hitting two targets. I did not Army of the dead on these test but i did pre pot pillar on all of them. They had two pillar of frosts and two pots on each fight. I do not have Scabbard of Kyanos aswell. 3mil is a bit too low if your looking for a consistent number since our burst is alright. I put my mace ilvl because our dps is very largely based on our weapon.

This CC is very good i am currently ranked top 30(2h Frost) on the two mythic fights i have done. For all you new dks out there wondering what to gem stat priories there is a really good dk in midwinter called skullflower he puts up a guide just Google it. He simed our new stat priotiy after the icy talons changes(1/12/15) and it is as follows: 2H Frost: Strength > Haste > Multistrike > Versatility > Mastery >= Critical Strike. The dps number i showed is me with multistrike not haste but since most of the highmaul gear is haste anyway i still have about 1300. There are some things i don't do with the cc such as putting down my own defile since in mythic there is so much moving, i outbreak while running in so i i don't use a GCD, also i sometimes frost strike on my own just because im bored lol and finally i manage all my own cooldowns and do all my own aoeing. Again i highly recommend this CC it is very good and you can tell the devs care as they reply all the time.

The only thing i wonder since i haven't tested yet is how is the DW rotation. I looked through some gear of Blackrock Foundry and noticed the amount of good gear for DW and was wondering if necrophilia already has a dw rotation set.

We have dw, only issue ( that I know of) I'd that routine current is not swapping between 2h and dw when u change gear, so atm U'll have to close hb and restart...or change a talent ( a bit of a hack but will work without restarting)... The auto detection after gearswap is currently on my list

Thanks for the very positive feedback and I know what you mean with frost striking... I do the same sometimes...only because I can, not because it would improve my dps

I mainly play DW and Necro works great...especially after the Plague Leech fixes. I did some sims with the hotfixes and the stats scaled as Str > Mast > Haste > Mult. Looks like I need to re-roll my crafted items again.

I'm at 665 atm with a bad weapon (630) and still doing a bit more dps with multi as main stat and mastery as second... But I think this will change as soon as I own a 670 weapon or better.... Was an expensive testing between multi, mastery and haste burned 40k gold in 2 hours... But who cares

v1.0.1.66 is now up for approval

• Added Aerial Target, so we can now cast on ground on our own Location when fighting a flying target like Ragewing
• Orc-Racial is now used for all three speccs
• Bosslist extended with some dummies
• Changed MeleeRange Detection for all speccs
• Fixed a bug with AOE-Detection where it possibly used AOE-Spells while units not in Range
• Dual Wield and 2H rotation is now examined on the fly, without the need of restarting Honorbuddy

hello! is there any recommended settings for raiding?

also, I'm using your trial before i purchase this and, i'm assuming this is just an issue with the routine currently. but in frost spec, it only seems to use a few runes, then it waits for them to refresh.


Like i am 660+ ilvl and only hitting 6k dps with this routine...

just checked all 3 speccs, all of them are using
- Death and Decay when not chosen Defile talent
- Defile when chosen Defile talent

try again, i just started my comp and tested it with current HB version, works just fine here, dunno what happened to you, can't see any exceptions from log

Couldn't find anything related to trial, I / we as Dev can only setup our product to have x days of trial period...nothing else,so assume U'll have to buy it and use the refund option if it is not what you are looking for (sorry for this, but I can't see any other way)

For your question to blood tanking: I've tested it a lot in dungeons and it works (for me!) just fine.

The only thing that's currently a lil bit weird is setting up the deathstrike... Will have to talk to Weischbier if we will separate them for the 3 speccs.

But except this setting it does what it has to do... It'll try to survive ,do some/a lot of dps and holds the threat

when you go to the buddy store, click Log On on the top right...once you're logged in, head to the routines page in the store. At that point you should see the trial button.

tl;dr: Trial button only appears after you have logged into the buddy store.
