he dosnt load the tiles(mesh) when u delet it and let him fly into the dark portal - u have to stop and start the bot manually. just 1 time than it will work flawless until u delete the mesh folder.

so lets ignore this error- the workaround is easy and u just have to do it 1 time :) nothing urgent fix needed.

Ok i've put several wait timers, 2 bot restarts, and a had it reload the profile after entering the Dark Portal, this should force PB to stop the bot, give it time to sit and think about it, then restart it with a freshly loaded profile, let me know if it works! uploaded to first page.
 
UPDATE:

1.8 Added Orgrimmar, please be aware that because this profile uses actions based on your current location if you use a profile that flies too close Org to get to
another area or if the bot uses the Navigator and that flies too close to Org then the bot will run in a loop, you have to create a profile that will go around org or
using an existing one that does the same. The built in profile for Org simply mines and herbs in Durotar. You have to add other profiles if u want it to farm more.

What areas in Kalimdor do think would best be farmed, i was thinking of also making a bigger route like the Pandaria one, but for Kalimdor, i want to know what herbs/ore to focus on.
 
uh - depends on the day at my realm?s its nearly everday another ore hardly needed.

so i would say just make a few out of everything. does no megaroute exsist for kalimdor?

but i noticed that some gems are not in one of the categories so the bot still has other gold settings for it- can u make an category with gems also?? got some old bc gems which he wont listend above 1 gold - which sucks^^
 
UPDATE:

1.9 Added extra AH rules so the older ores/herbs/gems will sell more appropriately.

Let me know if i missed anything i added what came to mind but haven't had time to test it yet.

UPDATE:

Added a Felwood profile and a combo profile that does both Durotar and Felwood.
 
After spending sometime thinking about this current profile and all that it involves i've been thinking alot about the best way to improve things, i've had some good feedback and i like some of the ideas, however if i were to do some of them it would require a huge rewrite of 2/3's of the profile, cosmetically it would look the same but the guts would have to be reworked .

I believe i have found a way to add specific area's in a continent as true or false options, for example instead of having Orgrimmar, and you add profiles to the Orgrimmar folder, i want you to be able to farm specific area's of Kalimdor that you want, that way you can set Durotar to FALSE and Felwood to TRUE and your char would only farm Felwood instead of doing this big routes or you playing profile roulette. In order for this to happen i would have to abandon this specific project and start a new one that is similar I just want to hear your thoughts on this matter.

If i were to start a new project there would be some off time for me to work some things out, but i would work on it in sections so it won't be too long, i may even start an SVN if i can figure out how that works. Also since i am a horde guy, i would be focusing and starting on horde stuff only first. Feedback please.

Hm m8,

i dont realy understand the differenz maybe my english is just too bad.

im fine with 1.9 i think all is working smoothly- so u could take time off and make a new project without much of a problem :)

just make sure u dont lose to much of ur freetime :)
 
let me see if i can explain it better. If i rewrite part of the profile. It can allow you to farm specific herb/ore. For instance right now if you wanted to farm Thorium specifically and not Copper you would have to remove all the profiles in for Copper. I want to make it so you can set true or false to more specific areas, allowing you to farm only what you want and not having alot of extra stuff you don't want.
 
hey there first off awesome work on the profile. its brilliant.

i have a suggestion would it be possible to have the farmer or banker. check to see if they can mill prostect or forge the farmed mats first before posting the remaining on the ah. or if thats not possible have the farmer place in the Gb only specific items and then post the rest on the ah. thanks in advance not sure how much work or heart ache this would cause so just throwing it out there lol

both of those are possible, just not sure if i can find an easy way for someone to tweak it for them selves. For instance i can have it mill extra herbs after selling stuff on the ah, but some people may only want certain herbs milled and some not, if that's the case they will have to go into the profile and add or delete herbs based on prefferance. It is something i have done for my own personal profiles, i just have different profiles to select, such as one profile will farm, mill extra, one will farm, put extra in the guild bank. I use different ones depending on the character.

First, however i am going to focus on whether or not i am going to rewrite the profile and if so something along the lines of what you have asked will be added.
 
Not sure if this has been suggested yet, but could you add support for the faction hubs in Pandaria for hearthstones? There are portals there for all main cities, Shattrath amd Dalaran. I don't want to have to use the Jade Forest portal anytime I want to go to Pandaria. I would much rather keep my hearthstone in Pandaria. Maybe a "Hearthstone in Pandaria" option in the config? That way if you aren't farming Pandaria, you will need your hearth in Org/Stormwind?

Thoughts?
 
I've thought about it myself. My next project is focusing on Pandaria it's self first, (later i will add all other areas to farm in) I plan with that to us your factions main city ex. Two Moons to be where the farmer goes to mail items to farmer. Or i may have him us the portals to the main city and sell things on the AH himself haven't decided. I have alot of otehr ideas i was to impliment that it's easier just to start over. So that is why i am planning a completely different project. For now this one will most likely stay the same.
 
After messing with profiles all day i've realized why HighVoltz has the profile setup to use hearthing to a major city, because of bot limitations and my programming limitations i can't find any other way of doing it. What i mean is the profile distinguishes what it is needs to do based on where it is located, IE. if my location is ORG then do the following. Having a toon hearth to a main city was an easy way for the profile to work. I need to have a central area in order to get the profile to work correctly. For Horde i can use Two Moons, but the fact is flying back and forth from Two Moons each time a profile timer is done really wastes alot of time. Having it set to use a major city is much quicker, I am still working on the new MOP profile, but now i think i may keep the hearthing as it leads to faster farming which equals more money.
 
What u mean with new MoP Profile M8? the Pandaria profile u provided with the Pack is working good without any stucks.

or u mean the idea with the new pandaria city?

well is it possible that the bot even sell the stuff on the bank toon which already is in his bag? i have the problem if i disconnect while my bank toon has full bags he wont sell the stuff after reloggin because it seems he just sell new looted stuff.

ya i'm talking about the new profile i want to make.

i've had the problem with the disconnecting a few times, unfortunately i haven't found a way around that.

About the new profile, since things arn't going as planned i may just combine some ideas into this one. My question is, in order to have each Pandara area have its own option to farm, IE have an option to farm each area such as Dread Wastes, Kun-Lai Summit, The Jade Forest, i have to have the farmer hearth like it does now and mail items to the banker, would you prefer i keep the profile the way it is and have one big Pandaria Megaroute or have it split up into areas, which will cause the bot to do more flying back and forth?

Love the profile! Had to add just a couple of blacklisted nodes as every time it kept going to one in the middle of a pack of 8 - 10 mobs and got stuck in a death cycle.

Other than that, the mega-route is the profile, best I've used so far. Over 5 hours the average comes out at 140 nodes per hour (herb only) on a med / high pop server.

Also recommend getting Mist-Piercing Goggles to increase the output.

maybe make it optional?

so make a pandaria megaroute AND all the zones for their own?
