lol, tripwire is completely worthless. Has anyone ever been saved from a ban because of tripwire? Tripwire occurs after the banwave starts, and Blizz bans based on previous activity. Once the ban wave starts it's too late. Trusting tripwire is like trusting the police to protect you. The police are a crime deterrent and investigative agency. They rarely stop anything from happening :D

X times by Y, where X - how many accounts will be bought for botting after banwave, Y - battle chest price; its all about math

Actually, tripwire is supposed to activate when Warden exhibits any unusual behavior. In this case it activated too late. The accounts have been flagged for weeks before that.

I am not trusting this bot ever again. Two banwaves are enough.
 
We all lose in the end..... note to self... dont bot within a month of when a discounted rate on battle chest coms out...jk

True, i was only using a routine (rotation),and the controlling was myself,but in the battlegrounds it was really absurd with the Russian hacking stuff,they did go even beyond botting.
Speed hacks,dps hacks, you know ...hitting you 2 strikes and your where rekt.And you could not dps them.:S
i hope they are perm banned,god i hated those guys lol.

It is really hard to say how this will affect Blizz financially. A lot of people will buy new accounts and subscriptions. A lot of transfers, name changes, and various other services will be purchased from people reeling from this ban. At the same time, many will stop playing WoW over this.

I think Blizz is looking at the long term impact on the game. In the short term they will lose subs, but if they get rid of the majority of bots it will be good for the game long term.
 
i know guys how you like and love the CRs profiles plugins etc but the fact is the bot is dead yes dead for sure this time no chance to stand up again it is 6 months now and they dont know still whats going on
 
All of my characters on my primary account are showing the -20081 error when trying to transfer however my Alliance characters on the same account but on a different server are showing as being transferable. I don't have an eligible account to transfer them to though. I assume I would have to buy WoD again to be able to transfer to this new account.

nope tried this doesn't work.. going to dispute the paypal charge.... O.o 17 bucks wasted oh well who cares thats like 10mins of my actual time spent

Agree and disagree... i think its time to move onto something thats more appealing... these console games have gotten pretty damn good!

Guess its time to blow off the dust from that xbox 1 call of duty edition i bought last Black Friday and turned on twice...

What happened exactly? Your characters were eligible for transfer? You were able to select "New Realm" "New Account" "New Account and Realm" options? Did the new WoD account show up as a possible transfer account?

Lol people are weird, this definitely! IS NOT bosslands fault, It's Blizzards fault they're a controlling, ruthless and cutthroat company - you look at Perfect World Entertainment (Arc) they provide at least a little (not a lot) of automation for gameplay to alleviate the struggle involved with monotonous tasks, wow has none of this functionality, the main reason i ever botted was for annoying time consuming dailies and grinding for mats, basically all the annoying non-fun parts of the game and let's face it games are suppose to be fun.

If only blizzard provided some automation for some of these annoying tasks we wouldn't have any of these issues, if they gave other companies part of the pie to develop approved controlled software to assist (by use of there API for addons for example) it would also be more fun and prosperous and they'd still be able to control it directly, however as usual with companies like Blizzard their greed and need for absolute control is all that matters to them.

In regards to banning at the end of the day everyone knows it's not a matter of IF your account will be banned (when botting), it is simply WHEN.

All that being said I've enjoyed my time botting since 2011, as well as the fun I've had developing plugins and profiles over the years.
As they say all good things must come to an end!

There is automation, the garrison gathers and collects things for u in a small area to get.

That is definitely not enough mate and you know it. The garrisons just became a botting haven nothing more, every work order requires mats that need to be farmed or purchased. Perfect world has a move to quest location auto-pathing the game is severely lacking in other appealing functions/content but that's not the point.
