I wouldn't say abandoned, Falldown has mentioned he has very limited time to work on this due to military duty. I am confident he will return before the content patch to get us going again. In the mean time, have you given his older profile a try? It works great for PVE dps.

Care to swap settings? I'm trying to tweak my arcane/focus settings as I've noticed I've been a bit low on focus recently. I'm having slightly better results going from 60 focus to 70 focus on that setting.

Guys, just use Bullseye, it has amazing DPS for PvE

I might publish a new PvP Routine sometime in the future... might.

It's a reference error, but the cc is not being actively developed... just use Bullseye instead.

I think this routine is out of date.

This routine is definitely out of date, and I believe it to be abandoned and left for dead. You'd need to find a different hunter routine, such as YourRaidingBuddy 2, found on the Buddy Store. I hear it's quite phenomenal in raids. People have stated they've ranked in top 50 world parses, or something like that. There's also TuanHA's hunter routine and Singular. Good luck.
