Not yet. Pref a generic name so people can actually remember the thing.
.com and .net taken till oct 2014 but i have a feeling both domains are in vengful's name. I just need to try contact him see if he does own them.

Just finished a fresh format. Just finished installing VS 2013. Now time to get WoW.


And have a mate going to do the website main page. Im going to write quick plugin see what type of db I need to make.

Does any one else want something logged. Now would be the time b4 I start fiddling????

Adding:

Auto chat reply - so if some 1 messages u
Pretend afk - when a player is visible pretend to be afk.
Adding mobs: rare only for now just to see where we end up.

Just a quick update before i sleep,
we are actually moving quiet fast, alot faster then i first thought.

were possibly going to need Testers/Loggers possibly by tommorow,
- We need people who are constantly Gatherbotting, Have multi Acc's Running, Running Arch Bot, Basically anything that covers A LOT of ground.

MapGen i have decided is going to be a Plugin
I have started coding the base for the plugin, there is a extremly solid base constructed ATM.
About 80% Done with coding the Object-Logger.
- Minerals, Herbs, Fishing Nodes, Mailbox's, Vendors, Rare/Elite Mobs, Random Spec Object [ I.E Netherwing Egg's ]
Website is starting to come together, Thanks to Silkybacon

Anti AFK,
No local DB of nodes, All hosted server side - Reason: u open the map up, instant live up-to date nodes directly off the server, Saves Allot of space, Time, Download, and its constantly up-to date.

If there is some one standing close to your dead body, it wont Rez - [ Settings to Auto-Rez/Log after xx Mins ]
If being followed for XX amount of time, Log Out
Ability to Spawn - Mobile Repair, Mobile Mailbox's
 
Another little update,
Putting together the Website and Database now.

We have came to the conclusion, Due to people who try to harm and be complete knob heads things that its safe if we do go ahead with a Server handshake.
As overall its actually ALOT better allowing the server to hold the nodes.

and YES this still will be 100% free​

Example of new sytem:
My example will be this, On old mapgen u had a database, which only updated if u ran DBUpdater.exe, And this would litrally take ages,
Why: Because it would decompile the MPQ and DBC files, Work out if the nodes under something, Check if its a bad node, then add to DB.
Opening 1 peice of WoW tile, per node [ 40k nodes ] is EXTREMLY time consuming, and u wouldnt always have the update DB, unless you ran it b4 MapGen.

What this does is, it will query the server to what zones u want to Generate a map with,
it will send ZoneID & Continent to the Server, To fetch a XML file with the LIVE update Objects logged in that server.

Database Structure is kinda complete [95%] other 5% is for the fact i know id of forgotten something, We have the base of it now,
LogObjects.aspx, Got to do A LOT of security checks and a lot of bullshit, but have started
Handshake.php, - Still awaiting Silkybacon to finish the register page. [ Basically gives u a MD5 Key via email ]
ObjectRetreive.php -[ Will update fresh nodes off server each time u change zones ]

Logic behind this is, mapgen_main, is the MAIN db for all nodes that we have personally [Approved]

Why the Temp?
Each time a person finds a node, they will go into the mapgen_temp, In-case some 1 try's to fuck with our database.
Then from there ill be making a Cpanel or possibly a .exe for the *** to "Approve" nodes to main DB.

In saying this, This will require a connection to the server, Which atm we are trying to make it a website server and not have to use TCP or anything like that.

In saying that, i am getting Extremely close to needing testers and helpers to log new nodes,
I have decided a fresh DB is needed, Bye Bye old one with 40k nodes :(, Starting fresh, and will be logging alot more then nodes this round :)

If you would like to help log some nodes, All you have to do is install plugin, and thats it, carry on with your buisness.
- Looking for Active Gather bot's, or archeology bots, You dont need to actually mind the nodes, just fly around.

If im talking to a server, or any thing that talks to a server or a database don't u think its going to be encrypted?

this place lacks so much common sense, the ONLY decent person was APOC, he actually took the time to go threw MapGen's source code last time and actually Aproved it.

and here you guys are bitching ALREADY about a file i have that is a .CS file.

you admin really need to grow up, in all respects no wonder why hb community has fallen to shit.
in saying that also, the AMOUNT of Skype messages about how this place is run is absolutely appalling.

get off your high horse, if there is something good and a good opportunity your going to reject it?
Just shows EVERYONE the admins intentions of "making hb better"
HB lags like a bitch on a i7-4930k with a GTX 780...

Stop hiring kids, Stop pushing decent coders away, stop forcing every one to go use other sites,
I.E Inrego, and every one else.

Learn how CLR works, man. Any(even Ngen`ed assembly) contains VALID IL and metadata. You can obfuscate ("encrypt" as you said) it all, but valid instructions ALWAYS be there(btw, after jitting\ngen half of that obfuscator shit will go away in release mode(optimisation on)).
Btw, agreed with you on poor Hb code.

It would be stupid to close it down, the .mods wouldn't gain anything..
afterall, we all just buy the .exe :P the profiles is a investment on the side..
Without profiles, why should people buy the .exe ? - get what i mean?
 
ive had my fair share things ive used and fiddled with, they all have failed me exept 1, and ill only use 1 program to obfuscate my programs, MapGen V2.0 is perfect example.

But WHY are we on this CONVO,

I love you swiny. Yea it is sad when the private "indie" developers make a proper ah, bg and gathering bots. They do it mostly solo or a very small team.

Yet, hb staff finds new ways at least twice a month to break shit in a new way and other people have to make Plugins as band aids to circumvent w/e the hell they just broke.
 
I think the HB admins and forum leaders and mods should really LISTEN to people who aren't out with ill wills. Maybe a private open source is a better solution. (Only certain ones can see the code.)

I think that you need to consider the need here...

People want this. MapGen or RandomBuddy if they were one that'd be great.
