[PAID] [Mage] Portal - An Advanced Honorbuddy Mage Routine [PvE/PvP]

Thank you all for your feedback. I wasn't trying to be a dick. I like the rotation as I said. I did relog, and make a fresh new copy of HB. I always do. I will post a log file when I run it again today, as I did another fresh copy. Hopefully the problems solved!
 
After few month's Im thinking to replay my firemage, Any can give feedback about portal status with firemages in PvP?

No, you don't have to make new folders for it. Just be sure that your HB key is linked correctly to your Buddy Store login. If that's not done correctly, then anything you get from the store will not show up in HB. If you don't have access to the same email that you purchased HB with, then contact [email protected] to get more help with getting your HB/Buddy store accounts correctly sync'd up. Also, if you could, try and post a log as well. There might be something in the log that can be looked at to suggest why it's not working.

PvE, PvP, Questing, AFK bot bases.... all for the same price :)

Cokx's routines are heavily PvP focused though. Don't believe they do a significant amount more than Portal, but I've not tried it for quite a while. I only really use my own routines.
 
I actually second that.......wouod be nice to have ween farming.......mages rock for farming.......you can gather a binch of mpbs and just pop arcane explosion a few times and there dead.......farming mode would be sexy for this and warlock though :)
 
Your experimental Fire Routine is interesting so far. It sort of keeps up with Frost, but not entirely. Yet I have a fellow guild mate mage thats fire routine and does really well with it. What Im curious about is really what kind of stats are we looking at to make it better than Frost? Im sittin at around 14k on Garrosh with the Frost routine right now for example.

I can add something in for farming to mass pull mobs. No ETA on it though :P

Depends on your gear really. You need pretty high ilvl gear to pull off fire spec due to the crit requirement for procs. Frost is a bit more forgiving.

So what gear lvl do we talk about? Im 570 atm with 49,7% in crit(selfbuff) Is this ok for going fire or should I pick frost/arcane instead. Also, what numbers should i put the combastion on? Im very pleased with you routines I have.(demo/portal) will buy insanity as soon as i get some freaking trinkets to drop in raid.[emoji13] Cheers
 
Is it just me or spell steal isnt working and neither Interrupts only heals (interrupts everything, yep with the check to only healing)

I don't really keep up with gear values and cut off points etc. Best off reading some theorycrafting posts and forums. Icy Veins is pretty good for up to date guides.

So Millz, do you still play the game for leisure anymore? Or have you just switched to another class - away from Mage? (What do you play if you still play?) I figured you would have a great idea of stats etc. when your combat routines popularity is based off of how well they do...? Not being negative, just curious. Its not like we have a good Mage alternative, lol. :P

Free version is not available. He is concentrating on the premium for now. Until WoD drops, he propbably won't even mess with the free version. Not trying to sound like an ass or anything, but paying customers are more important. :)

Yeah I do. Kinda moved over to PvP more over the past few months as I got sick of running the same raids over and over again. I get more enjoyment from coding stuff and making it work in game than actually playing the game.

I still play warlock/mage/priest though, but I'm a bit of an elitist, I like to be #1 on the dps meters :P

*Edit* that being said I've got a cool new PvE feature I've just added to Demonic, and am busy adding to Portal/Insanity. Accurate time to death calculations. It's been done before by other developers in HB and PQR/PE, but it's never been accurate enough to be of any real success. Mine is pretty much spot on though. No casting DoTs on units that are about to die etc.

Like samoday says, It'll be back after WoD drops and I get the level 100 talents coded, for now though, no - it doesn't work.
