[PAID] [Mage] Portal - An Advanced Honorbuddy Mage Routine [PvE/PvP]

The paid profile could have 1 free day access or some video comparing free version with the paid one. I want to have the best routine for my mage, but spend 20 EU without see the result or how this paid profile can be better than others (free or paid) is a little hard.

You can activate a 2 day free trial through the buddy store already. It's available once you login to the store.

DMG is low at the moment - is that thanks to the cursed changes to the software and site (Buddystore) - or is it just me? -.-

Nothing to do with the site/store. What spec? Can you post a log please.
 
Fire, instead of ~400k in a Patchwork fight on hc only about 300+. Will check for (post) a logfile after the raid. ;)

There's a bug with combustion not working in between alter time uses unless it hits perfect conditions. There's a fix on the store waiting for approval though. I'd guess that's whats causing the low DPS.

Will check out the new version tonight - but by now I've figured the dps problem is most likely not related to the combat routine(s), but rather to HB itself. Ever since upgrading to 2.5 r11412 Build 747 Honorbuddy causes microfreezes every 5 seconds. The moment I turn it on - be that on Mage, Hunter, Priest (or whatever class) - every ~5 seconds HB and WoW "micro freeze" for a moment, HD is accessed/written to and the game continues... for another ~5 seconds. Dafuq! -.-

Hey

You could try using the beta build of Honorbuddy to see if that's resolved? I heard about this issue but thought it was already fixed in .747

i would like to know how to download the optain when i alrdy got it on account how can i use it or transfer it to HB i tried everything on the websites and videos but didn't know how to instal it to the HB ! feed me back plz

alrdy know that the key should match the one on buddy store how can i match them? dunno if its same or not

Would it be possible to have a setting for "Rune of power" so its used only on burst or on boss etc? seems pointless on trash etc or on moving fights

It's a ~1 second cast, always worth casting it for the increased +spell power. For heavy movement fights you would use Invocation over RoP.

Hi Millz

Last night I decided to have a try with the fire rotation and noticed a few things that would really help it out.

While going through SoO heroic I noticed that the routine seemed to be completely ignoring the manual ignite setting I had put in and also it is not managing to keep up the t16 2pc (potent Flames). I normaly sit at arount 80% and above uptime, On this the routine was about 25-30% at best. Didn't keep logs from last night sorry but I did do some testing in shrine this morning and I'll attach the log for that.

First and most important thing thats wrong is Ignite. Had it set in the fire tab to 250k and 500k and performed some tests with the standard fire rotation and the experimental rotation.
In the four tests it never build the ignite to the value I had set and in most cases had it waited it would have easily hit the 250000 about 1-2 seconds later.
It is affecting opening damage I think the highest I got was 800k, if I do it myself the average is 1-1.3mil and thats before I even think about using current fire bug.

From what I can see the experimental rotation is working pretty decent apart form those 2 things and I was actually impressed with it thumbs up bud.
It is extending PBOI with alter time like it should but I also think thats the issue I notice that it always tries to get the combustion during that time as well. Combustion is on a 2 min timer so I will quiet often hold out a bit for a decent ignite for example if it's a full nuke opening with hero ect.. I will be looking for 700k+ ignites before cumbusting and dont mind waiting for it. The tier 16 2pc potent flames well who wouldn't want that sexy haste at 5 stacks for as much as we can :)

So in short experimental routine great just needs ignite and potent flames sorted and it will destroy.
