Yep. This is exactly the same issue I had last night. Also on a fresh install of all.
It started happening after the most recent SVN update.
In the end I got it working by going back to 1.5 from the zip download and then *not* updating it.

Switch to Developer v1.6.1 | Public has a settings bug , committed to wrong svn >.< Will fix tonight.
Thanks Mirabis. By the way I don't have a log but cc became completely screwed during amber shaper encounter and started spamming heals on myself and I went from always first to a real horrible healer suddenly. I checked the amber shaper encounter box but it still bugged out again. I seem to recall a discussion about this in the past. Do I need to go back to healing under my own power on that fight? I used to be good before I got addicted to this.

If you had read post #1 & #2 as you are supposed to, you would see this:
"Q) What Cooldown settings should I use?
A) If you want MAD to use cooldowns for you, change it in the settings -> Power settings -> Manual CD=OFF. Be aware that it automatically casts Tranquility, and it's important that you are stationary when this happens"

Seems that somehow, on last update MAD broke.... walls of red text. Switch to developer for now.

Howabout that bug submitted weeks ago. Not able to join and leave a Q with the bot on. When using your cc.

Great routine it does so so much !
However.. i cannot get it to use Displacer Beast.. ever. I have tried changing the settings so the number of people targeting me has to be 0, 1 ,2 ,5, etc. But nothing makes it work even when im getting pummelled. It will heal very well in pvP and use all the other cool-downs just not this one.
Also, Symbiosis is set to Auto but never uses it either in BG Buddy for PvP. Is this only a pvE function or something ?

I'm not having this issue, but i'll just remove the auto switching and add a setting.
Shall fix the issue then.
Symbiosis uses the same method present in pure, w're revising it atm. Doesn't seem to work 100%..
There's a lot to fix, but before i can fix I've to cleanup the code...
I started building leaves and it's at 65%, and once done the code will be ported over. In the mean time i'll try to get this stable.

is there any time frame on fixing the lag at all? or is it possible its started lagging with lfr now

A lot had this issue a few weeks back. 40 % of the time when joining or leaving a bg wow crashes. With arelog, it aint that bad
but if it crashes means you cant restart bpt for a few min cause your stuck on max sessions.
Would love to see a fix and what to do about it. Cause Starting / stopping after every bg aint realy an option and forgetting it a lot.

- Location Context removed, Change Rotation mode at Power Settings now.
- Some changes to our throttle composite, < culprit for the lag atm.
- Small bug fixes
- Updated PvE Presets
- Settings information has been updated
- Amber Shaper settings removed to stop confusion
- Little code cleanup (10% of overall needed )
- Added some "Epic" Regrowth Filler/Cancel Casting -+ to help tank healing.
- Added some beta movement to tank upon request ( untested )
- Fixed bug with swift-mend requiring a target
- Changed the calls to only check buffs pre-combat, should eliminate some null references
#Will be uploaded to svn once the tester calls it stable.

Swiftmend bug still there
Zone bug fixed
Regrowth needs to be updated in presets (i'll do that in a minute)
Dispelling needs to be fixed
