lack of Sarkoth nerf suspicious?

People have been farming this guy for over a month and the majority of the botted gold in the game came from him. Obviously, the game was not designed to be played by collecting gold in a 10 hour Sarkoth killing loop. I mean can?t blizzard just run a filter? If you picked up 100mil gold, and killed Sarkoth a billion times isn?t it pretty obvious?

So why no nerf?

Are they just lacking resources to fix this?

....or are they compiling data for a massive Banwave?
 
this game is meant to be farmed - with or without a loop :|
 
YOu can't just ban someone because they have X of some stat, smart people will just fight it saying they have no proof i was botting.
 
He only drops gold, if you have good script that farms for 24/7 with 700 GPH thats only:

117.600.000 Gold which is less than any uber item.
 
Nerfing Sarkoth wouldn't make sense because he only drops shit based on the gear you have. They nerfed the crypts because even with low gear people made a lot of gold.
 
The problem is no legitimate gamers are killing Sarkoth like this and its pumping huge amounts of botted money into the economy. Just seems like it would be so easy for blizzard to fix this on so many different levels...
 
I actually farmed Sarkoth the same way my bot does before I bought the bot. It was just tedious and I got tired of it. I can do it just as fast manually as the bot can automatically.

I still do it on my manual account. I find it very.... relaxing.
 
you farmed him for couple hours, your bot farmed him for a month straight.

There is a difference, and it becomes more and more obvious the more you bot such a simple profile like Sarkoth
 
I haven't been banned from a Blizzard game because the only one I like is Diablo. However, I have been banned from Runescape back when I was a lad and that sucks. Runescape seems to have a better security system than Blizzard has, lolololol.

Why would Blizzard Nerf, Sarkoth... - THE HOARDER OF TREASURE? if they nerf him thats like lawlsause. Majority of the botters from Hellbuddy, farm Azmodan, DB Users mostly farm Sarkoth and IB guys i believe mostly do Azmodan too..

I reckon more people do Azmodan runs then Sarkoth runs i bet!
 
If anything they should buff him to drop more rares.
 
Didn't know this, but the problem with Sarkoth is were not really blending in with causal gamers. People run core and azmodan day and night, but nobody ever runs Sarkoth for a week straight unless they're botting

Blizzard has already stated that its easy for them to run a filter and see who had XXXXX amount of gold at any point in game time since lauch. I wonder what other player stats they can easily filter?

If they do, the more we bot the more effective these filters would be and at some point it would be blatantly obvious.

Ive read through the thread and the thing Im getting is that you are trying to publicly put people off farming Sarkoth, Not sure what your intention is here, Just seems stupid, Everyone knows they have a chance to get banned for botting no matter what they do... Dont understand what point your trying to get across.
