tried this cc, all the time coming close to enemy for pull and then blinking asap ;D
 
Arcane is not the best for raiding, simc will claim it is but simc is for a perfect pathwork fight where you don't move.

Frost/fire are top. Doesn't mean you can't make an arcane rotation.

Please beofre you speak, you must informant whit the new changes 5.1 arcane is better.

SVN Update:

Beta version for Arcane mage Released!

I try in dummy boss and i have to low dps ( 490 mage fire i get 120k) whit arcane ( 70k) and i reforge and jewel all.

The first i see, that CC no have burst phase mana to burst damage, and after no use rotation very well.

0. Pre-combat buffs – Arcane Brilliance and Mage Armor (Mastery)
1. Mage Bomb – refresh Nether Tempest or Living Bomb if there is under 1 second left on the duration or cast Frost Bomb if it’s off cooldown
2. Arcane Power – cast when off cooldown
3. Arcane Blast – generate charges
- if you are under 4 charges and have 2 Missiles procs, cast Missiles *once and then continue to build up to 5 Charges with Blast, after which you use any remaining Missiles
- if you reach 4 Charges with less than 2 Missiles procs, cast one more Blast and then Missiles
4. Arcane Barrage – use when you reach six Charges and have no more Missiles procs
- use at 5 Charges if there are no Missiles procs and you are under 90% mana

Sure this is a real Beta version! only 45mins programming...

Added GUI for frost and arcane to enable disable use of Ice barrier
 
How is arcane with last svn patch? anyone tested?

I'm doing 62k with 475 ilv (not best enchant and gem) and raidBot.
