Hello im having trouble with the following profile [H - Quest] 85-86 The Jade Forest [Kick]
My character keeps standing at this place!

Hello again,

I got a problem in Mount Hyjal. I found the bot sitting in Shrine of Aviana in front of Morthis Whisperwing and i think the bot had just picked up "The hatchery must burn". But after that the bot had automatically stopped and there was a message in the HB window that said

Could not find quest giver NPC with ID 47002 in database.
Bot Stopped! Reason: Could not create current in quest bot!

EDIT: Oh, and also, i cleared the cache after that and tried again but the problem still remained.

Nothing happens. The bot flies around on the cloud serpent for ever and ever.
Did a fresh install not 10 minutes ago.

6 months ago I leveled a few of my alts to 90, and, over the whole process, I had to intervene no more than 4-5 times, and now, every 10-15 mins, I have to unstuck it in some way.

What on earth happened? I doubt it's the profiles :(

This looks like a problem with Honorbuddy itself. Honorbuddy has just decided to stop executing the profile directives. Please report this to the Release thread or the Support forum.

I'm not aware of a work-around for this issue, but they log should assist the responsible developer in chasing the problem.

Quest: A Seemingly Endless Nuisance

The bot kills the little vermin, but then goes around forever in a loop, NOT killing the large virmen.

This is the kind of things that get people banned.

I'm pretty sure all these are bot issues, as I have quested to 90 with barely any hiccups in the past, but you need to forward all these reports to whoever broke the bot in the first place.

It looks like you are on A Seemingly Endless Nuisance. It also looks as of v2652, the quest is no longer part of the profile pack. My guess is that the multi-mob encounters were just too dangerous for the squishie classes.

Sorry the problem wasn't actually solved, but it should no longer be a problem for the Community.

In v2684, we've added this new hotspot for Tiger Mastery (Tiger Mastery - Quest - World of Warcraft). It looks like this quest is only available to the Alliance. Next time, please also attach your log so we can verify all necessary corrections have been made.

Bot slains all NPCs but only 4 Infernal Warbringer instead of 6 and returns to questgiver and just stand there. had to stop bot and kill them manually.
checked the code and think the mob ID of infernal warbringer is wrong.
starting at line 1006:
last mob ID is the quest ID, mob ID should be 19261 if Im not wrong.
in line 1443 it has the right mob ID.
But Im just guessing, Im not a coder.
sorry its a big file should be somewhere at the very beginning of logfile.

Alas, the last third of your log contains this:

at Styx.MemoryManagement.ExternalProcessReader.ReadBytes(IntPtr address, Int32 count, Boolean isRelative)

This means Honorbudy is having serious problems communicating with the WoWclient. That is why the mob count was wrong, and Honorbuddy prematurely attempted to turn in the quest.

The only known work-around for this issue is to restart the WoWclient and Honorbuddy. Sometimes, a reboot is required. I've no answer as to why this problem happens occasionally for some people.

Okay just tryed to start my lvl 38 shaman horde, it gose to dustwallow mash, and keeps wanting to take a Quest from nazeer bloodpike. But i dont have the lvl for it, just it not going futur, just keeps talking to him :S What to do ?

The bot is trying to pick up The Theramore Docks. The quest requires level 30, and is recommended at level 35. I would think a level 38 could easily handle it.

Let's try clearing your caches just to make certain Honorbuddy understands the correct quest state:

Your problem may be gear or combat routine related. This article may be some help regarding that:

I'd highly recommend Singular while questing. It is built for PvE encounters (and consequently more survivable). Your current Combat Routine choice may be designed for better DPS performance or other considerations that are at direct odds with survivability in a PvE environment.

Cleared all caches as you explained, waited 5 minutes then started client, then waited 30 minutes for wow to create cache files again. And still having the issue.

I think there's really something wrong. Please check my log aswell, I'm stuck...

This is classic cache corruption, and the only solution I know to repair the problem is cited in the article you referenced:

If you are unable to get this solution to work for you, please make a post into the Support forum with a fresh log. Your problem doesn't seem to be profile-related, as the correct directives are being issued in accordance with Honorbuddy's understanding of your quest state.

I keep getting logged out for the same reason over and over I go up to turn in quest or pick it up and just keeps talking but not accepting or turning in and then I will just sit there till "log me out" plugin shuts me down.
attached 2 examples im using the classic alliance I have witness it before I either have to take over and do it manual or just moving my character sometime will fix it

Yes, we will eventually clean up these messages. However, there is no pressing need to prioritize them above other, more important work. The messages clearly state the behavior still works correctly, and they should be emitted infrequently enough that log size isn't an issue.

Update: Did the Quest from the Night Watch manually and this seemed to fix it. Still weird though.

Unable to find quest givers is usually caused by a fresh Honorbuddy installation. You can find the full explanation and remedy in this article:

As you know the Deepholm 'boat quests' are special, in that, if the bot stops for any reason, it will be unable to re-establish the correct quest state. This means you'll need to do the 6 or so 'boat quests' manually, put your toon back on the ground, then restart the bot.

Next time, please provide a full log, and not a truncated one.

Kicks awesome profiles love them use them for about 12 toons thus far from 1-90. And I dont really understand what the problem is as I used the hyjal profile on a different toon earlier but may have manually changed profile when hit 84 so possibly didnt get this far in the profile but basically profile stops the bot with this in the log. This is the shortened log from when I restarted HB I had like 50+logs and couldn't find which one it was so delted them all then got this one but restarting HB it imediately errors out and stops the bot toon does nothing. Any ideas??

I believe it is a problem with the item horn of cenarius I manually completed quest and its going on its merry way again. I dont know code but gotta imagine from the plain text its talking about the horn.

One another bug: when bot does Borean Tundra quest when it have to wear Murlock suite, it tries to ride mount infinitely but cannot do it.

Hello Kick's Crew, im trying to level my rogue, but my character keeps getting stuck all the time, i've tested to clear cache, wow, HB and battle.net. No effect, i've tried restarting both wow and HB, no effect.

If you are trying to play another game while using Honorbuddy, temporarily stop this activity, and see if that cures the problem. There are some games that simply interfere with Honorbuddy, and you may be trying to use one of them. There is no master list of which games play nice and which don't. Its a "try it and see" proposition. No matter what, you *must* play the other game in windowed, not full-screen mode

If that fails, please follow up to the Support forum with a fresh log. The problem is not profile-related as the profile is issuing the correct directives given the quest state.

Your Honorbuddy is having issues communicating with the WoWclient. The only known remedy is to restart both the WoWclient and Honorbuddy. Sometimes, even a full system reboot is required.
