Yes it is, as safe as it's always been. It has nothing to do with the famous CHAT_MSG_ADDON and CHAT_MSG_* systems. Tyrael prints locally to the frame, and it doesn't trigger an event.

HB users should be weary of questing. I have had numerous fresh accts banned doing nothing but questing. (between levels 20-85 seems to be targeted) Accounts I have leveled using other methods have not been banned.

I just pushed my hunter from 87-90 and a pally from 68-75 within the last few days. I mix it up by taking over now and then and running a dungeon or two. All done using Kick's.

Edit - Do you use the same Battle.net account and/or IP address? Perhaps seeing as you've had (I'm guessing) quite a few offenses in the past they tend to check up on your toon more. Pure speculation.

Double edit - if your sig is current, then I'm not sure what the problem could be.
