The Buddy staff is pretty good about giving refunds and stuff. They will also extend your keys. Unfortunately long breaks in service do happen when Blizzard releases a patch. If this is your first patch experience, don't worry, they'll get it back up soon. Just be patient. It'll be worth the wait. You'll be back to botting in no time and it helps to keep your account from getting banned. If the update comes out and you still feel like a refund then go for it.

As for now we are putting all requests on hold(for the next 2-3days).

you have 3 options
1)we can switch your key to another of our bots
2)you can wait till DB gets updated since your key will get extended you wont lose any of your days
3)you can request a refund via an email [email protected] (in case you have bought your key the last 7 days)
These 3 options applying only on those fellow bitters that bought their key within the last 7 days.
