Is DemonBuddy Officially dead?

Purchased a 3 month key only 20 days ago. Should have learned my lesson after my six 3 session "lifetime" keys stopped working LOL

That's the thing, we can't :/ He is private on the DB forums (never was) and has left discord - What we want to know is if he is working on it or not. I have faith in Nesox
 
I've got this response from them, when I wrote them an email:

The bot will be updated soon, don't worry about that, also once we're ready we will auto extend all keys.


So let's wait and see what happens. I will give them a week or two. Hopefully they will be able to make a new bot :-D
 
I guess the bot is dead... Every 3rd party program is dead. Thud, Finderskeepers and RosBot...

So I reached out to support, and they replied very quickly saying (and I quote) "It's most definitely not dead." I inquired about a refund because the splash page made me think they basically gave up. Support replied back with "If the update isn't released in the next few days, we will issue a refund."

So, speculatively speaking here, if I had to guess they probably put up that default splash page to stop future people from buying keys. Perhaps it's not dead at all, but instead just a safety measure to prevent more people from buying a key and crying about no bot. If that's the case, it makes sense. But I'm only speculating here.
 
Hmm, wrote support a refund email, get told to wait a couple days for an "official statement".. only problem is that puts me outside that "7 day window" >.>

The Buddy staff is pretty good about giving refunds and stuff. They will also extend your keys. Unfortunately long breaks in service do happen when Blizzard releases a patch. If this is your first patch experience, don't worry, they'll get it back up soon. Just be patient. It'll be worth the wait. You'll be back to botting in no time and it helps to keep your account from getting banned. If the update comes out and you still feel like a refund then go for it.

I'm not sure how the keys worked, i haven't checked. But hell if i can hold onto this key ( didn't actually use it yet, read the forums before using.. but after buying) for a few months, i may just hold onto it TBH.

We shall see how things pan out, I'm definitely hoping for the best. :) I don't mind playing legit while we wait!

This will not affect the 7 days - no question- refund policy we offer.

you have 3 options

1)we can switch your key to another of our bots

2)you can wait till DB gets updated since your key will get extended you wont lose any of your days

3)you can request a refund via an email [email protected] (in case you have bought your key the last 7 days)

These 3 options applying only on those fellow bitters that bought their key within the last 7 days.

is there any chance to DB would come back? :))) or its like honorbuddy? answer us so we could take an action with that

Hopefully if diablo 4 ever comes , we can bot some more for real life money
