the alpha version is making me choose vs AI mode :) any way to bypass that? vs AI has that exp limit and I want to level up faster in quickmatch :P
 
Getting 'Too many actions' during character select. When I kill the bot, it finally starts the game.
 
Bot will not move my screen, so it will always stay at the beginning and click at the edge of the screen.

Are you focus the ingame camera ?
 
Yup, that fixed it, thats Flumi!~ But the constant spam of Pinging Targets is very... suspicious, haha. Any idea how to fix that?

For me the map pinging happend in windowed full screen and when in windowed and the border was to close to the edge of the screen. I have my storm window in the top left of my monitor with half and inch to a inch of my desktop showing on the top and left side of the window and it does not ping map any more. It's weird.
Also if the window is to close to the edge like almost but not quite up against the bot wigs out and throws placement exceptions. As it prob should.
 
The alpha bot plays better.

But you have to babysit it all the time.

It drops some many errors, even with supported heroes, Am I the only one to get spammed by red messages on the bot console ?!
These errors leads to "you were dropped" or freeze the game screen, so you are kicked from it. So you have the watch it all the time.


And on the bnet friend list, when the bot plays it change status to "in game" to "away" every 0.1 seconds..!! (extremly suspicious if you have friends on your list) (I have my botting account on my normal account friend list so I noticed that)

So for now I'm using the old bot sorry ^^
 
may i ask if the game configuration is still the same as the manual pdf in the guild forum?
or i can do what ever settings i want?
or u devs can give another new standard configuration?(i prefer the third option:))
 
There are currently only 2 settings that are required "off" at the moment. (Everything else is free-game, so long as you don't strip all the hotkeys!)

"Mouse Scroll" should be turned off. (This is the setting that lets you pan the camera by placing the mouse near the edge of the screen) https://db.tt/rbX7o0g7 This shouldn't be an issue soon once we get some things working better :)
And in Graphics -> Display -> Display Mode, this should either be "Windowed" or "Windowed (Fullscreen)". NOT "Fullscreen". Our bots do not work with fullscreen exclusive games! Also, don't minimize the game window to the task bar. You're free to use other applications over top of it though.

Other than that, you are free to use whatever you want. The larger the window size, the more area the bot has to "click" (which isn't an major issue, since we perform mouse clipping which keeps things inside the window bounds.)
 
Question regarding Efficient AI Functionality

Hello, first of all I do realise the bot is still in Alpha, but I'd like to ask a question, before I buy the product.
I primarily want to use it against AI for gold farming and Hero Leveling, my question would be, is it capable of winning most of the games against AIs? AI vs AI that is, not Players vs AI. I don't care about babysitting. Thanks for the answer.

Once we have map objective logic implemented, yes. The win rate should be fairly high.
 
Apoc, my bot keeps disconnecting and me getting out the game. Is not my internet connection also during lobby when is about to start a new game it gives an error about too many clicks. So at this point it is unusable for me =-(
 
Money handed over (I own a lot of the Buddy bots already) to support the development.
 
We are working on both versions ( non injection and injection )
for a new protection and update.
 
We're updating for the new patch now, give us an hour or two. :)
