1st night of manglemaw botting, I got 2 shard of hate, without even thinking I salvaged them both. I still have it on the transmogrification page, but not the weapon itself...

I dont care about the the 200% dmg proc, I care about 50% xp boost, I equip that with cains set with a royal gem in my head socket, Almost 150% xp boost.

So when your farming at 3billlion xp per hour, that then becomes over 6 billion xp per hour..

No its a flat boost.

  • Normal: 100% Health, 100% Damage, 0% extra gold bonus, 0% extra XP bonus
  • Hard: 200% Health, 130% Damage, 75% extra gold bonus, 75% extra XP bonus
  • Expert: 320% Health, 189% Damage, 100% extra gold bonus, 100% extra XP bonus
  • Master: 512% Health, 273% Damage, 200% extra gold bonus, 200% extra XP bonus
  • Torment I: 819% Health, 396% Damage, 300% extra gold bonus, 300% extra XP bonus
  • Torment II: 1311% Health, 575% Damage, 400% extra gold bonus, 400% extra XP bonus
  • Torment III: 2097% Health, 833% Damage, 550% extra gold bonus, 550% extra XP bonus
  • Torment IV: 3355% Health, 1208% Damage, 800% extra gold bonus, 800% extra XP bonus
  • Torment V: 5369% Health, 1752% Damage, 1150% extra gold bonus, 1150% extra XP bonus
  • Torment VI: 8590% Health, 2540% Damage, 1600% extra gold bonus, 1600% extra XP bonus


You just tack your exp bonus, 150%, onto the end of whatever difficulty you're playing. T1? You get 450% exp. Less and less effective the higher up you go. It's pretty much a waste to use that and kill A LOT slower than to use SOJ and run faster. But if you're running T1 maybe T2 I guess it doesn't really matter much :)

well first of of all you would have to own a SOJ to own that, Second of all (im not calling BS) I farm ghom on T5 and kill in 37 seconds, what i might drop 2 seconds off ?

well........ seeing how i farm ghom t6 in 14 seconds.... i would say yeah you can shave off a shit ton off that time. But hey guess what im not using a soj either! full mf ftw baby

btw, what are you doing to get 3b exp an hour? im killing t6 ghom in 14 sec and yet im only getting 1.3b exp an hour...
 
you know you cant exceed 350% MF right wich you get by defalt on t6 ?

I didnt say i could not shave of time, I just said a SOJ isn't going to make much difference.

Actually SOJ gives you 30% elite damage and 20% skill damage so.. just equipping this single item you're going to kill at LEAST 30% faster.. if you get skill damage you can use thats about 45%

Skill damage and elite damage are what matter. Its a multiplier on ALL of your other damage, you just get a flat 30% bonus on ALL of your damage, and the same with elemental damage, except they stack making it even better. It wouldn't shave off 2 seconds, it would shave off 12.

it probably will, And when i get a SOJ i might consider it..... But to say the Hellfire ring is flat out shit is just stupid.

I have been farming for 3 weeks and still no TF....
 
+exp bonus gear(cains, hellfire ring, leorics ring, ruby helm) do not double/multiply the exp bonus like the 50 and 100% community bonuses did. They are flat out added to whatever difficulty your on. If your getting 300% exp bonus, and you have 50% from cains set, you are now getting 350% exp. not 600%. Either way anyone botting for exp past paragon 400 where its over 1b per level, The best way to go(even pre para 400) Is to farm 5-10 pools to max out exp gain. Then farm away, exp is way higher that way.

@ people already having 2-3+ TFurys, good for you. botting over 500+ hours, over 1300 legendaries found. Never found a tfury, shard of hate, wand of woh or mirrorball. only 1 tal rasha piece(amulet ill never use because I wear a MLW). EVerything else as a wizard I have found in abundance, Which is why I recently switched to botting my barbarian who in 3 days of botting completely upgraded his gear 20x. Soon I will switch back to wiz botting in hopes of finding those items but until then im fine with my barb.
