Oh man I feel for you. I Drunk Salvaged a pair of Ice Climbers before I realized what I had.

I'm terrified of accidently deleting a legendary amulet I found with 10% crit, 100% crit dmg, and 731 dex.
 
First night Botting, Knew nothing about items and builds, Did Mangle maw.. found 2 Thunderfurys and thought it was a joke item so i salvaged them both.... =[. Found out couple days later that they are used greatly and hard to find. FML. Took a week to find my Fulminator and TF again. Sigh =\

And yes, they *DO* suck. Who gives a fuck about a horrible 200% weapon damage proc when you can replace it with a trifecta SoJ.

Hmmm, so I salvaged 3 fulminators last week....should I not have O_o?

No you can salvage them, they are not hard to find. Fulminator are something you use while searching for thunderfury+shard of hate for barbs that is the best weapons in the game with decent stats.

hellfire ring are bad. You want rings like soj with +dmg to your spec.

I wonder what is so good about Thunder Fury. I found several Thunder Fury and their DMG was like 1998 or barely over2000. I didn't even salvage them. I just sold them. ( I didn't know about salvaging back then). I know earlier version of Thunder Fury was over 3000 damage. Is Thunder Fury with around 2000 damage still good? If yes, why?

Its the lightning proc it does for several million dmg. Just like its the lightning proc on shard of hate that makes it insane, and even after the nerf still best weapon out there. Combine maybe 150%+ lightning dmg from gear with skill % increase and dmg to elites and you're killing mobs like butter.

You should never ever EVAH look at sheet damage, but instead pick gear first of all based on your spec (lightning, fire, cold whatever). And don't remember to choose the runes with the according spec.
