how many people buy raf time with gold?

Can anyone explain how this RAF thing works? You give another player gold, and you receive game time? How is that possible? Doesn't RAF only work on account that have been inactive for long periods of time? Thanks in advance.

Today i bought first time - real gametime for money so i hope i will not get banned :D
 
You send the seller RAF Invite each time per month, So i bought 2 months, I sent 2 to the same email, Payed the 10k, And then they accepted it, And i got the 2 months game time.

Most of you, I'd say 90%, will be scammed. You see that the codes work, you give them the gold. But they use fake methods, or chargeback and Blizzard will remove your gametime. Worst than removing your gametime, they can block your account. With happened with a friend of mine.

Me? Well, I scammed 2 chinese scammers who were spaming this on my server, I showed them the gold and told them I'd trade after the codes. They gave me the codes, but I never gave them any gold, cause I knew it was scam. The funny part is that the gametime was removed, as I predicted, but the mount was still in my bag (the raf one). Today I did this again with the Heart of the Aspects, and I still have it..

I don't really aprove this, but if I can scam the scammers its all good to me. :|
 
Basically what happens is this:

1. You RAF someone
2. They buy an account for 5 euro
3. They pay for a month for 12 euro.

You pay them gold worth roughly 2 euro.

So the company gives you something that really costs 17 euro and you only pay 2 euros. So...now you're wondering, why the fk would anyone do that?

Well here is the kicker.

The only way to make a profit with this scenario is if you never paid those 17 euros in the first place, and that's exactly what these companies are doing. They are using stolen credit cards and they are using your gold to launder the money through World of Warcraft. It's quite ingenious actually.

So why does blizzard let them get away with it? Well here's where the true speculation begins. I assume:

1. It's labor intensive to check if credit cards are getting charge-backed (when the bank takes the money back since the CC is stolen).
2. They don't have a automated system to check this.

But hey, blizzard has started to remove game time every week now on Tuesday, how come? I thought they didn't do this?

Well apparently they have either:
1. Decided that their loss of $ justifies having 2-3 employees just checking these things.
2. They have upgraded their systems to automatically detect when people are exploiting this.

But hey again...if the company I am doing business with is doing something illegal...Am I doing something wrong?

Well sorry but yes, since you're not a retard and obviously understand that 1+1 does not equal 3 and thus you know that there's something fishy behind this you are either guilty of:
1. Conspiracy to commit fraud
2. Fraud
3. Conspiracy to commit money laundering
4. Money laundering.
5. Or at least Negligent behaviour

But...those are some fkn high sentence crimes I am doing while I'm just trying to enjoy the game without paying for it...

YES THEY ARE.
 
Raf is being removed like every week so im giving it a break...not a good idea currently.

No i am not :D I honestly didnt know this (shame on me). I usually dont recruit friends - did it once, got 30 days free, no probs.
Where do you get all those people? Or are you just recruiting yourself again and again?

I'm buying Gametimecards with real money.
 
You can buy raf from chinese sellers for 5-10k for 30 days,but theres a chance of it being removed by blizzard.

im buying 1 month at the time on all my accounts some are getting removed some dont.. but they allways make more godl than im using on buying it so its ok so far.. :)
 
Anyone know if I can buy raf money even when I can't normally recruit a friend from blizzards homepage ? ( its restricted in my country, Denmark)
