How do you guys gear your bots?

Quest til 60 or so and use auto equip. Stop at the AH every 15 levels or so and buy a few greens or even blues if cheap to round out the set. At 60+ use Archbuddy and dont give a damn about gear until I hit 80 and want to do Cata zones. then get greens/blues out of ah and good to go for a while...
