I dont know why, but its frozen like hell (Im questing, so is not a massive PvP or super raid with low fps :S )

Clearly you shouldnt have any lag. My setup is only a small amount better than yours but i can max it without any problems and still be able to run it in ultra.

It could be that an addon is causing you the fps drop.
Disable them all first and restart WOW and see whether there's any improvement.
If so, activate them one-by-one until you notice a significant fps drop - that's the bad guy.
